Nice shot! Did he miss the ear protection though?
But why is it quick ?
The Christmas Tree style reticle lets you use the reticle to correct for your second shot. If you see where the round impacts in relation to the reticle, you can simply use where in the reticle the round hit for your follow up shot
@ but can’t you do that same thing with a moa Christmas tree ?
@@RedDawnReadiness You can, but if you have to dial the MRAD allows you to dial out further faster....not sure he conveyed that properly
A lot of people doesn't know that nearly every factory bolt action rifles almost to never bed their rifles. Which it is very telling with how the standards being so low just to "save" money.
Where are you located?
Nescopeck PA
Most long range rifle optics are either .25 MOA/click or .1MRAD/click. AKA .25in or .36in at 100 yards and it expands from there. If you're making shots at 1000yds do you want to make adjustments at that distance 2.5 or 3.6 inches at a time?
Why you aiming at the road homie
No stats on gun, shooting environment..... come on
Hopefully Tract stays Tract forever, even after they get huge . I’ve been talking people into them for about 3 years now . They are on par or better than the higher end night force scopes and cost less than a vortex for a supposed to be comparable scope . John and John are stand up guys who stand behind there stuff, if you get the chance you should check out there mission statement. It will give you peace of mind and some understanding of how they are able to do what they do at the price they do it at .
Thank you for the support and kind words
I need one of those scopes
Ohhh look at that pretty freedom Lance
I am pleased with the gun but wtf did you just send to my ears???
Yeah I could have done without the mashup
A fucking abomination is what that was.
Sweet Home Compton
😂😂@@DeletedUser73926
I can’t wait for mine to come in, got the 13 mill spuhr scope mount with 20 moa base. Going to try get out to 700 yards with the Bergara 22lr should be a fun setup.
Would that I could. No freedom like that here.
Just ordered these two minutes ago
GREAT Video Brother!!!! I need to order those covers!
Awwww .... Thank you :-)
I love mine
Huh cause the gun literally looks like it holds a 50 cal
What is he shooting caliber wise
6.5mm Creedmoor
Super simple, i love it.
👍👍👍
👍👍 very good stuff
A word of caution, don’t send Burris your American made scope for repair, they destroyed mine and sent me a China made scope.
This accessory is really practical thank you
WOW very good equipment! Thank you
Thank you for this video👍👍
I have the 3-15x50 and it's my new favorite scope. Great glass
$$??
There are several models. Here is a link tractoptics.com/riflescopes/toric-1inch-hunting-rifle-scopes
One thing about james, when he explains something he explains it, just not half of it. Great work n videos
Your binoculars are great looking forward to purchasing a scope from you.
Love mine!
I find having the entire reticle illuminate tends to blow out the picture and you can’t see what you’re aiming at. Wish it was just the center dot that was illuminated
Most of the time this happens when the intensity of the illumination is set too high. That being said we do offer a couple of scopes where only a center dot is illuminated. This would be the TORIC 1-8X24 models and T-plex reticle in the 30mm 2.5-15x44 Hunt series
Very succinct. The most interesting thing is not that the golf ball can be hit at long range as much as the ball is such a small mark that it is difficult to understand a consistent sight picture from it, especially when mirage makes the ball appear to dance. I have sometimes shot multiple rounds to 1000 yards where bullets struck right-in-there but the aiming mark was a 44 inch diameter bullseye. At any rate, this video is a demonstration for marksmanship galore.
Hi
Best review ever!
Thanks you for this video
thank you for these explanations
Great info 👍🏻
Are these made in the LOW factory? And is the SCHOTT glass from Europe. I'm just curious as it sounds good, but you all are still a newish company and I'm trying to see what you'd be getting with purchase. Thanks
Yes, the TORIC scopes are built in Japan by Light Optical Works. We use glass from the SCHOTT facility in Japan. We are around for 9 years now.
@tractoptics1120 wow, thanks for the response, I really appreciate it! Thinking this may be just what I'm looking for, for my .308 on some white tail the season.
@@Ledbetter762 My pleasure to help. Please feel free to contact me anytime at jon.lacorte@tractoptics.com or 516-885-5621 if I can be of further service. Best regards.
I like it!
👍👍👍
Will this same method work on a 22 lr for shooting nrl22 or prs22 matches.
Yes, absolutely
What distances would you recommend and which ballistic calculator would you recommend unfortunately the eagle ballistic app won't work on my android
@@paulklescht1029 Try the TRACT Impact Ballistics App...distances we suggest would be 100 and 150 yards
excellent equipment 👍👍
Really quality material ☺👌
Very Nice
Nice
I heard that the sun shines could also be good for protecting the lens from rainy conditions.
Most inspiring practice for me was NRA Long-Range Competition, which both tests and celebrates skill development. When I got into it I barely shot my way into Sharpshooter classification but once I got a handle on wind I reached the High Master classification level earning the American High Power Rifleman Award in Long-Range. At any rate, the author of this video is for sure spot on about LR mostly being about wind. All I can add is that competition will give shooters a sense of standing.
Is MIL version available?
Mil version will be available early next year
Thank you SO MUCH!
