I exclusively used the AmpKnob Plugins from Bogren Digital to record the guitars and of course, Krimh Drums to program the Drum Kit.

great skills but (and this is by no means an attack towards you ... i think you are a great guitarist and I have 10% of the skills you do) pretty much like the vast majority of modern guitarists, the choice in tone and licks makes the whole thing sound like an excerpt from a 16bit video game.
do you prefer the 8 bit sound? ;)
