Mam dose does not exist 60mg per kg body weight in divided dose meaning ...mam... Pls explained.. p 100 drops .. body weight 10kg. Means dose calculation. 1.5ml ... 3 times in a day ..means totally ..4.5ml. its a correct dosage.. then how to refer 60 mg doest not exceed.. 1ml .100 mg paracetamol 4.5ml means ..450mg paracetamol per day ...
