Hey man i saw Ep. 3 from a totally different perspective, i actually loved this episode. However you are absolutely right, Your decisions here barely made a difference in the Arc of Daniel, but in my playthrough i got my hair cut because i could see that Daniel was not listening anyways and slept with cassidy lol- these two cool scenes were absent for you. I think this chapter was good for Sean (until the end) because it allowed him some time to "adult" in the peak of this story. Excited for your continued gameplay and honest reviews :)

I love that Rockstar wasn't afraid of putting that in the game. They would never in RDR2. I just completed RDR1 today, and have to say. I've only started crying at 2 games: 1. RDR2 2. RDR1

Nice video, once you're done you gotta play part 2 if you haven't already. If you haven't I suggest playing it as blind as you can, its one of those games that really shine in your first/second playthrough

I both love and hate this ending it's narratively I think it's better, but the the shit Max had been with Chloe through the fact Chloe is likely the only person she can actually confide in if she is alive, there is 0 way she isn't going through insane amounts of PTSD regardless of if she is alive or not. but without her she has no one she can actually talk to about in a way that can help her cope. Like she can't talk to a counselor about it and go into details as none of it happened in that timeline besides Chloe dying. her experience in the dark room, she can at least talk too Chloe about everything. and Chloe deserves better then dying on the floor of a bathroom, thinking she was abandoned and that she had no one. It sucks the only time you can kiss her with a genuine passionate kiss between the two is the one where she dies. I did this ending once and never again, and wasn't the first ending I picked either. Max was faced with a impossible choice, save the love of her life, or the town. it's not as easy of a choice as it seems.

There is one strange detail in this segment. There is a letter from Chloe's doctor. Dr. Anton Phibes. It refers to two Vincent Price horror movies, The Abominable Dr. Phibes and Dr. Phibes Rises Again. Yes, Chloe's condition could be considered horror.
