hey everyone! ✨ I can't believe how long it's taken me to share this trip (let alone a new video!) with you all. my husband and I spent 8 days in the UK between Scotland and London and I am still already aching to go back. everyone was so friendly and it was definitely different from the United States (of course). the vibes were immaculate, and I only wish I could have captured it better myself...

hey everyone! ✨ as you may or may not know, I am half Japanese and therefore grew up with a somewhat abundance of knowledge for all the neat stuff there is to buy/consume from Japan. I could not even begin to try and list them all, nor am I sure whether I could encapsulate them in a single video. BUT, I did ask my mom to buy some of my current favorites when she went back. and thus this video i...

I remember it was so hard for me to think about leaving Big 4. Luckily I had an amazing wife that supported me and encouraged me to think bigger than big 4. At the time of leaving it felt like a mistake, but now 7 years later it was a great decision. I earned more money and had more work life balance and peace. Congrats to you for choosing yourself and your health. You won’t regret it 💪🏾👏

I am so sorry that you had to go through that. You are so strong to make it to the other end of things, especially after suffering from suicidal ideation. I’ve been there, and it can be absolutely terrifying. I think it’s because we think we are out of options when that’s not the case at all. But we may need help to see that when there’s this huge wall between your reality and everyone else’s. You’re not alone in this ❤️ Thank you for commenting.

Im using this account. I think that aside from medical drugs. I say Mushrooms, marijuana, a sauna. Someone you like plus some good schlong or cat. Maybe constant massages. Maybe take your silly self to a gym in non peak hours. Try to get buff. You sound annoying. Annoying is okay. I bet your breath stinks. So what. Everyone does. Why is suicide illegal. What if your drugs make you a liar. Honestly put it like this. A heart person on drugs to avoid heart attacks isn't free of that. Your doctor's sometimes ...do they ever say go get laid? Go dance in the rain? Here. Go dance in the rain then swing your arms in circles ten times. Hug yourself n say I love the underworld. Go dance in a room n say I hate 90 of people on earth. Thats okay. Living life doesn't make you normal. They have dracula movies right??? Always remember that sometimes, healers have the interest of.... Ya know. How to say this as you would understand. That usa is still a file folder of families collecting tax income. They give out doctors licenses. If your doctors aren't Asian, they sheeting on you bc of kamikaze attacks . Dance. Get buff. Chat back after 200 days. Adios. Goodbye. Love God, Christ, Buddha, gravity. Chao le belle. Ta ta

Hi Naomi, I also have rapid cycling bipolar 2. I was diagnosed 7 years ago after my most severe hypomanic "mixed" episode. I just wanted to tell you that it gets easier with time. You'll feel much better once you figure out which treatments work best for you. I'm currently taking a mix of a mood stabilizer, with an anti psychotic and a couple anti anxiety meds and fortunately they seem to help. If you find that your symptoms persist even with medication, I would suggest asking your doctor about adding a "mood light" and/or transmagnetic stimulation treatments. I use both in addition to my meds, and I've found that the combination works well. Sending you love and support from Toronto ❤

Hey! Thank you so much for commenting and sharing your story. ❤️ It was a rough go at the very beginning, in and out of the psych hospital, but once they finally figured out it was bipolar, things started shifting in the right direction for the first time in months. I am so encouraged by your personal story and appreciate all the advice, especially going outside of the box with mood lights or magnetic therapy. If my med combo ever gives out, I’m willing to try just about anything and will keep an open mind when it comes to treating rapid cycling bipolar.

On a certain level, we have a drug store in our brain, the neurochemicals that show up in flow: so dopamine, norepinephrine, anandamide, endorphins, and serotonin. If you were to try to cocktail the street drug version of that, right, you're trying to blend like heroin and speed and coke and acid and weed- and point is, you can't do it. It turns out the brain can cocktail all of 'em at once, which is why people will prefer flow to almost any experience on Earth. It's our favorite experience. It's the most addictive experience on Earth. Why? 'Cause it cocktails five or six of the largest pleasure drugs the brain can produce. We're all capable of so much more than we know. That is a commonality across the board. And one of the big reasons is we're all hardwired for flow, and flow is a massive amplification of what's possible for ourselves.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. It's so helpful to those of us that suffer with an illness. There's another YT channel that I've found really helpful - it's called LivingWellwithSchizophrenia. Even though I don't have that particular illness (I am BiPolar II also), they share a lot of information and resources that I find very helpful. The channel was started by a young woman, Lauren, who suffers from Schizo-Effective Disorder (I believe she was diagnosed with BiPolar also). She is now married and has had a child in the past few years. Her husband also helps with the filming and shares his experiences being in a relationship with someone suffering from mental illness. Anyway, please take good, gentle care of yourself. Brightest blessings to you!

Hi <3 This is a very similar story to my sibling and a friend of mine. Many times, undiagnosed bipolar have this happen when they take an anti depressant like Cymbalta. My mom has also has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder for the entirety of my life, so I grew up with an understanding of this illness. My sibling was diagnosed somewhat recently, but they are on the right medication and are doing well! Please know that there are others who have experienced this, and you're never alone! <3

Agree with you. Just quit yesterday. Do have 2 years of emergency and a tentative job offer line up. Been in the field for 8 years, love work & people. Not hours work.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I'm currently in Big 4 as a Senior and I absolutely hate it. I've had enough so I'm starting to apply at other jobs! Thank you so much again for sharing :)

Hi! Do you mind making a step-by-step video of how to apply for the CPA exam (application on nasba website, sending in transcripts, paying for the application and fees, NTS, prometric testing sites) as well as the overall timeline of when your application gets approved? I'm currently in the process of figuring all this out and would like to schedule things accordingly. Thanks
