I don't remember exactly how much I had or got, but 3k+ gold overflowing my purse had me bustin nuts all over the teller. lmao

If you take the bribe and then shoot them you can search the body and get more stuff and you get to keep the bribe every time and don’t get in trouble

- The Dexterity passive you've learned allows you to swap from range weapon -> the other loadout for free, no action taken. Which is why you have a gap every time enemy approaches you, coz the swapping you did didn't take a turn - You can learn the Huntmaster in survival if you want to farm pelts off wild animals. (Your dagger would damage the pelt though, so stick to range + traps/nets) - I read from reddit that light armor set is more optimal play for rangers, which is what you're using now. But since you're running DW daggers and melee half the time, might want to consider medium armor set instead. Money is an issue though, time to farm pelts =D

I didn't know your channel before, but I find you very charismatic and I'm loving this series! I always hold "alt" while walking in this game because it allows us to see every item (and bolts/arrows) on the ground that we could miss otherwise. You can also disarm traps with your crowbar for a little bit of experience after clearing the dungeon if you want to and have the durability on the crowbar :)

Just so people are aware because I don't hear this part talked about enough. A large reason why updates on Stoneshard slowed down was because a large majority of development team lived in Ukraine and in active warzones when the invasion started. They made a very small post about it over a couple years ago and Rags to Riches (this update) was originally intended to be released early this year (2024) AND was set to be even bigger in scope (mage updates, and a few of the smaller updates from earlier this year etc, all in one large overhaul update) sadly this didn't happen as intended BUT has lead to the new roadmap we now see. Please don't be to harsh on the devs when talking about the duration of how long updates take, they really did have to prioritize keeping staff and family safe first and have done an excellent job with that and the game so far.

Ultimate archer? This title feels so clickbaity. Dude has no idea on how to play this game, keeps doing basic mistakes.

I wanted to make a bow/crossbow build too but I HATED to pick up all the arrows/bolts after each fight.

And about the arrow, later try to buy bodkin arrow which gives less dmg but high accuracy. And about the fate of brewary quest, you should have gone to that merchant who asks for plane. He tells the full story about how brewary town is being exploited. Then go to that town. The towns leader will come forward and tell you to do his quest instead. That is the alternate and considered to be the good ending.

Each ancient coin is equivalent to 4 normal gold coins. You need to exchange it in byrnn town. What have you done!!!😢😢😢

Here is a little tip. When you have to treat your wounds just click "c" and you can do all the treatments there without opening your inventar.

So the old meta is, unsure of the current one, is that bows are a great main arm while crossbows are great as a sidearm. You will always have to reload after every shot you which I personally love doing. A bow requires higher Perception investment while xbows are generally reliable without that much investment.

Can you still hear people walking through cement walls?

So the reason that vest costs little is because it has less than 50% durability. Not all enchanted items are worth it, even if it's fully repaired, mind, so remember that when you want to sell your old stuff to get new stuff.

Episode 3 let's gooooo! If you need food pick up the mushrooms and roast them over any fire, it'll tide you over for a while! Can't wait for episode 4, you smashed that 2 skull quest way to go 😁

I'm also doing a ranger run right now...I would recommend switching to a crossbow as soon as possible (the long range one). Crossbows do more dps statistically early game and upgrading it from Dirwin's starting bow was a huge power spike for me. You want the Guard or Pull Lever Crossbow variant. I didn't put any points into melee, I take a shield and a club. I don't think your offhand weapon matters except for the most dire circumstances when you can't finish off your group (for me I can usually take 3 at a time) and they get on your face. Crossbow also has no penalty at 1 range so you can shoot them point blank. Finally, one invaluable perk that I didn't think to take was the Survival tree perk that let's you see footprints. I leave my Investigate on 1 key and hit it every so often. Nothing ever ambushes me, even in the dungeon. If you see a big group ahead with the Investigate upgrade, you use Shout to pull one away from the group and pick them off.

Doing a pure ranger build myself with jorgrim instead, you can get atleast to mannshire with just seize the initiative and warcry, i recommend picking warcry up atleast because when you get swarmed by melees having them waste a couple turns on moving the wrong way can save your ass, plus crit is insanely op, i did my first t4 today and my long shot crits were doing 250 damage
