CRAZY CHESS RULE 😂 LEADS TO MATE IN 3 😂😂 #shorts
This is by far the craziest rule I have ever heard of! Thankfully, it is long gone and we won't be winning any quick games like this! According to the rules of 1893, if you accidentally make an illegal move, it has to be replaced by a legal king move. The absurdity of this rule was exposed in this short game!

A true masterpiece from which I hope you will learn a lot! :) The link to the game : www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1070699 PGN: [Event "Credit Su...

One of the best chess games I have ever seen! What's also fascinating about this game is that a few months prior to this, Karpov had blundered and lost to Yasser in the exact same opening. The brilliancy of Karpov began with his improvement on that game. Enjoy! :) [Event "Hamburg TV"] [Site "Hamburg FRG"] [Date "1982.09.??"] [EventDate "?"] [Round "1"] [Result "0-1"] [White "Yasser Seirawan"] [...

No computers or inflated ELO ratings in those days, Just pure ability and talent mixed with lots and lots of training and memorizing what they had remembered form chess book as well as analysis of each others games. After Karpov it all changed and all the grafting had been done for Kasparov and others after him.

@@SimonWilliams-y1n That’s rather harsh don’t you think? He was a world champion after all, and his exchange sacrifices and positional understanding were remarkable (I’m a big petrosian fan myself so I’m biased haha)

@@ChessIN I'm a serious student of the game. Study Petrosians games with Stockfish. He was a LOUSY player. He lost a game in 9 moves. I've have NEVER lost a game in 9 moves. How do you even accomplish that? People aren't objective. I don't believe Petrosian ever won a Tournament while he was World Champion for 6 years. Come on. 🙄

He lost game in 9 moves and u never lost a game in 9 moves . You said . 😂Well you never been a world champion like him either. Read Kasparov what he said about Petrosian . But maybe he was a lousy player as well for you.
