Definitely do not put diversity requirements into your suite of the contracts. Diversity is a socially liberal goal, that is not supported worlwide (and potentially not even in western countries) and risks alienating and politicising FIDIC. In addition diversity targets are criticised for being authoritarian as it is a goal/value that has massive effects on society which people should be able to vote on (i.e. their govt should determine any diversity/affirmative action measures vs something that every company that wants to participate in the construction market must abide by)

America's "OSHA", Occupational Safety & Health Administration, appears to be primarily a placement to identify Whistleblowers. I only learned this year that OSHA tells Building Inspectors that Electromagnetic Fields are NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT & should NOT figure in any Safery calculations with humans & their living environments! It appears Big Tech Interests & Investors control the US Government & their Monitoring Agencies. This is simply my assessment in retirement after 33yr Psych Nursing career here. It is refreshing to hear someone cares about addressing corruption in the Construction Industry. The mentality I see displayed here is that humans just have to accept our corrupt Infrastructure. I live in favorite spot to retire in America...Sarasota, Florida. The Industry is booming here & we have #1 fastest sales growth Community in the USA - Lakewood Ranch Communities! My assessment of how corruption is handled here is to attack the Whisteblowers, Mechanical Building Inspectors & their families. I am ex 33yr Nurse/USAVet Whisteblower here & my son is an Inspector. They stopped running him off the road in his County vehicle after I complained about it in an FBI monitired UA-cam Livestream Chat room a couple yrs ago. Now they trap his Disabled brother in Sarasota County Jail after he attempts to stop future Electroconvulsive Therapy Shock Treatments at Sarasota Memorial Hospital Bayside Psych Unit I used to work at. Corruption in the Construction Industry connects to all corruption in our towns all over America, my life appears to prove. You cannot correct this without affecting the whole Predator System, imo. Why should Sarasota be any diffrerent? I am sorry for supporting Medical Insustry & Big Pharma liars who are manipulating humanity for profit. I have no idea if Building Inspectors who don't have dead CIA Dads are treated differently in Sarasota or not. I am still trying to decode why my Sarasota class President Hubby became a Minister after our divorce then announced he was CIA at death to our sons. Good luck, guys! Please open dialogue about technology in the energy sector. Obama provided billions to energy technology in the stimulus package. Now Biden far exceeds obamas---32 billion to 100 billion. This technology does NOT work as claimed. It does succeed at shifting our taxpayer money to hedge funds....global corruption....
