Absolutely beautiful
This rules
Horrible video. You guys complicate things.
The rules for Skulk and Interpose don't really seem to have any value since the purpose of the moves is to be protected. So what good does it do for instance if I jump behind a high defense character and the attacker still gets to target my lower defense. To use a Star Wars reference, it would be like if I moved behind a Jedi who is deflecting blaster shots or he moved to get in front of me, either way I still get targeted normally....that makes zero sense.
This is absolutely incredible. I love this idea. Thank you for sharing your journey!
Wow! So unexpected style and so awesome performance!
Is there a napkin covering the mic or something?
I know this table was 2 years ago but I think I am going to make a similar design but I think I'm going to try and include almost like a periscope in the area where you would roll your dice.
I really like the overall design of the table and the DYI aspects, so please take this only as constructive criticism/suggestions. 1. I've never played on a TV screen before so maybe it's fine, but it seems to me like it would get scratched up over time and when it needs to be replaced I think it's unlikely to find one exactly the same size. I saw a video where a guy used a projector and directed it downward onto the table. This seemed like a really good idea to me. No changes needed and you don't have to be careful not to press too hard on the playing surface. Just a thought. 2. I've never liked the look of 2 x 4's or plywood. I think I would have covered it up, at least partially, with some felt. 3. You need some cup holders. 4. As a gaming table I think this is the best shape I've seen, but for me, the table has to pull double duty as a regular table, so the shape wouldn't work. Just my $0.02. On a positive note, I love the lights and I give you a lot of credit for doing it yourself. It's a great outcome and a very useful thing. Kudos. Big upvote for you.
Nice try. But xantrochoid did best.
I made a table of a similar design, but with a rounded edge for players instead of squared off portions and no partitions. That allows me to squeeze in more players as the need arises. Instead of 2x materials I used 3/4 inch sanded plywood sheets stacked on top of each other in 3 alternating layers, like = on top of 11 on top of =. This gave me an 8 foot x 8 foot surface that’s about 2.25 inches thick to work with. The TV is flush mounted with the surface and the protrusion on the bottom to accommodate the TV is far enough away from players’ legs that they never knock their knees on it. The table is massive and I literally won’t be able to get it out of my house without cutting it apart, so a table this large is a real commitment.
That table looks awesome!!! You guys did a better job than what i could do. Very cool.
Thank you!!
Oh! That first saw is not a Table saw! That's a Saw That's specifically designed to cut ends to help square off untreated wood! 🤣 But hey man! Koodos for making it work!!!! Y'know, whoever coached you for building it did an amazing job! Edit; wait up, you gave a wrong peace of advice. This is something I'm passionate about so, I will take the time to correct a mistake you said; Sanding polyurethane using polish compound and a water sanding paper gives an AMAZING finish and IS used in ALL professional jobs for Cabinet Making. I understand you most likely didn't study in the trade, but I just couldn't pass this chance to correct your mistake. 👍
Our very limited experience is with sanding metal panels meant for classic cars, we had no idea that wet sanding was a mainstay practice for woodworking
2:25 That's not a Table Saw, that's a Radial Arm Saw.
We have been informed, small mistake!
So underrated! Love it!
That was amazing… I damn near shed a tear. Bravo!
This is awesome and desires a helluva lot more views
Votre interprétation est formidable, une de mes préférées. Jolie interprétation, belles voix. Je vous ai enregistrés sur ma playlist👍👌
This is one of my favorite songs ever, and you sang epically....greetings from Croatia
The magic of the wizard’s dream is my favourite song. You two did an amazing job making this. The guy that did Fabio Lione did a wonderful job, your voice sounded heavenly. The guy that did Christopher Lee was also amazing, your voice sounded just like him, my jaw just dropped. That was an amazing and wonderful experience. Thank you both.
Thank you, friend! Lots of heart and soul goes into these covers and we love that others can join us in them.
Love the table so much I’m currently trying to make a similar one, it would help incredibly if you con give the measurements
Those voices are incredible
Thaaaank you for doing this cool production
great version. Good job, gentleman
Magnificent!
Thank you very much!
Was listening to Dead by April when this was recommended. Good stuff! 👍🏻
Glad you stopped by!
Dunno why I'm here but here's a like
It's appreciated, nonetheless 🍻
Hey i really like this. You and I are using AI in a similar way. its all about assisting and bettering story telling. I think that LLM's are the greatest resource for GM's and players of ttrpg's since the advent of the genre. I will be watching this series. I am sure you will come up with some ways to use the AI i haven't thought of. anyway great video.
Absolutely! We wanted to make sure to stress that these tools should supplement creativity, not just do your work for you. Otherwise, you're playing a video game with extra steps. Glad you enjoyed the video!
🎉 "promo sm"!!
An excellent choice, good vocals. I have always liked the atmosphere of this song, and you delivered it.
Comments like this keep us going! We're glad you enjoyed it!
This is absolutely fantastic!!!
Thank you so much!
I think this is an awesome design. I would subscribe if you had more D&D content on your channel. Maybe some clips of yall playing. I’d like to see the pros and cons of this style table. I want to build one and I’ve been watching all kinds of videos trying to get ideas. I want to build a sturdy table that will last generations. I’m not a carpenter either. I have a few tools that I use on my homestead, but I’m more likely to start cutting lumber with my chainsaw then my circular saw 😂.
We do plan to roll out more and more D&D related content in the future! We're actually prepping something that may be of interest to you right now... 😉 If there is enough interest, we could be open to streaming some D&D but that's an entire can of worms itself. In the meantime, we ran a Q&A about our table that you can view on our channel!
Brilliant! The song blends perfectly with this style. Subscribed!
Why has this only so few views, this is great!
Thank you so much! Help us spread the word!
Small Disclaimer! The series will not be called "AI Storytime", as that already exists! Our series will use AI generated stories to help spark inspiration for your next D&D Campaign, or possibly bring in ideas that could be useful in the games you're already running!
1🇺🇸🌈🎄🏴☠️🏈🥷🏽🚬🦜 I SAW GOD FLY OVER CASTLEVANIA AND ALL I COULD DO IS STAND THERE WITH MY HARD PEASANT COCK AND A PIRATE PARROT WITH A MAGICAL SINGING FOOTBALL...THOUGH IM AN AMERICAN...NEAR A CHRISTMAS FLAG WITH A PIRATE TREE...
A important part is when building a table is. Mind your players size. And i mean their hight i have players that are small or children as well the privacy guards mean they cant really see the table without Standing up and even than depending on tv that can come to a problem so maybe a n inlet tv in the ground of the table jnstead of an Higher elevation so everyone can see and the surfaces for players can be greater or the table can down size a lil
Keeping your players in mind is always the key! For our group, we're actually all above average height, which is why the elevated center piece works for us
great song

dang another song/Band i´ve seen live! love your version!
Jealous you've seen them in person! But thank you, nonetheless!!
have you ever sung about the famous Bete du Geavaudan? The Beast of Gevaudan by Powerwolf? I´d prefer the french version ;)
Not sure if our French skills would do it justice but as Powerwolf fans, we can look into that 😂
@@BardicInspirationYT there is an english version as well ;)
Ok, now youre official European Werewolf Approved ;) 🐺
brilliant! brings back so many memories! I´ve seen Blind Guardian live back in the 90s...absolute Masters!
Blind Guardian is the band that gave us the "inspiration" for the channel! They truly are the masters

without all the guitars and the tech....this is a song a lone soldier would have sung close to his death....omg this makes goosebumps
