Hi, sorry my nfix have long gone.. But i can suggest you try to tweak the brass/copper terminal pin which have spring inside..its probably the connection between the wires and the terminal went loose.. Hope this helps, cheers mate😊

Shorts in circuit causes overheating on the mainboard, Could be the lcd replaced are not suitable with the board (not original or low grade aftermarket stuff or maybe minute faulty lcd so on n so forth) Or the mainboard itself is faulty from the start which renders the lcd faulty..
