Just a bunch of fun stuff like hikes, BBQ-ing, skiing, home projects, fishing and mountain biking - whatever fun stuff we happen to be doing. Mostly it's going to be mountain biking. And probably our dogs :)
You might quickly notice that I am a rather mediocre (at best) rider. I am definitely still very much a work in progress. My goal is to continually improve my skills and continue pushing myself to take on more challenging trails and features.

Flow Trail With Gabe
Yet another fun ride down Flow Trail at Soquel's Demo Forest, but this time with my buddy Gabe. This place is just so much fun!

Had a really great day riding with my buddy Tom, cruising down a few trails at UCSC. We did Roller Coaster, Sweetness & Tachycardia, but also a few others here and there plus all of the climbs back up and out. This was my second time riding in the area, but first time for each of these three trails. Had an excellent time and finished the ride off with an amazing trail-side lunch (grilled tri-ti...

Test run for the Insta360 3X at Soquel Demonstration Forest, Ridge trail & Flow trail with Tom. It really was a great day, now I just need to learn how to properly use this thing and edit this footage! Lol (This was rushed to production, so don't judge me to harshly)

All it takes is one tiny Little Rock, and there you are getting your windshield replaced. I've never actually watched the process, Sio I asked Enrique if I could film it in time-lapse. He said sure no problem, so here we go!
Fort Ord with my Bro

Had a rare opportunity to ride with my brother, so I took him out to Fort Ord for his first ever ride there. These are clips from that day - it was so much fun!
Night Riders! A trip around Fort Ord, but in the dark :)

Met up with a couple of friends for a late cruise around Fort Old and then had some amazing grilled chicken, truffle oil fries (Thanks Tom!) and a beer or two while hanging out around a fire pit after the ride. Officially, we just "made a wrong turn" and were "lost" in the park. Unofficially, we were just having a blast and cruising the trails at night :) This is amongst my absolute favorite ri...

(Check out the sick drone footage towards the end) Sorry, but this video is mainly just for me :) I wanted to put something together that showed off all of the coolest stuff about this amazing electric truck, and also show some of it's progression while I've had it. It's been nearly a year since we picked it up, so if felt like it was about time. I've racked up a little more than 7,500 miles so...

A fun little kayaking adventure in Elkhorn Slough (Moss Landing area). It was pretty chilly for July 2nd! Lol A bunch of this video footage was courtesy of the Winders and their cool action camera. Thanks for sharing it Winders! Enjoy :) Paul @montereybaykayaks4369 @ElkhornSloughFound
TAG Paint Ball / Adventure Park / Hollister 2023

So, it was not actually my idea to go paint balling, but I was definitely down to play, and had ended up having myself a pretty darn good time. In the very first round, I was taken out almost immediately. But, as the day progressed and we all sort of figured out what we were doing, together as a group, our tactics seemed to evolve. After a two or three rounds, I felt like our team was pretty mu...
John Deere / Tractor Pull, 2023

My buddy Matt & I volunteered to help the local "Crampers" chapter with some tractor relocation. There were fourteen tractors in all, most were in some advanced level of general disrepair. From what I was told, most of them were 1930's era - probably a couple of them older, and a couple of 'em were maybe newer, but all of them were being donated to the San Benito Historical Park in Tres Pinos, ...
France Trip 2022 - Part 3

The trilogy is now complete and the long awaited series finale, "France Trip 2022" Episode 3 is now finally here! On this final leg of our France trip, we stayed in an Air B&B in the Montmartre neighborhood of Paris. From here we were able to walk to and scale the 300 steps to the top of Sacre-Coeur for some unreal panoramic views, had a super fun dinner at a very lively fondue restaurant, expl...
Heavenly, Tahoe 2022

Had a great time with a fun group at Heavenly, Lake Tahoe (12/17/2022). This video is a compilation of most of the runs I did there that day. It's been quite a while since I've been on skis, so don't judge! Lol As for my Ford Lightning F-150, I only had to charge one time on my way to Tahoe (from Hollister ~250 miles) and once to get back. It flawlessly handled the drive, even though the mornin...

Prepare yourself, this is kind of a long one. Lol So, we flew from Paris (Orley) down to Toulouse, and then had a driver shuttle us from there all the way down near the Mediterranean coast to pick up our Le Boat / Magnifique for our week-long trip back up to the Toulouse (Castelnaudary, actually) area again. Along the way, we had so many mini-adventures that it was really tough to put this vide...

Nice video bud 🤘🏽
Looks fun!
Some of my favorites
Yikes, chain jumped off... at least that's a fast fix! Sections of this looked really fast! Great fun video!!!
Thanks Phil! My buddy Gabe was the fast one on this ride. He's a beast!
The GNAR was definitely SHREDDED! Cool video.
How you get up to fence line?
Go up roadrunner all the way up till it ends at a gate. You have to toss your bike over the gate and then climb over. You have to do it again at the bottom to get back into Mudstone.
@@paullittleton1974 thank you. Let me know next time you head out for ride so I can tag along.
@@831mtb3 Sounds Good! It might be a while though, that place is in really rough shape at the moment, but I'll keep you in mind next time I decide to go do fence line :)
That was awesome, great trail!
What makes this a "demonstration forest", why don't they have a "real forest"?!?! 😂 Great video!
From what I understand, they’re demonstrating how the once decimated redwood forests can make a comeback, with proper care and maintenance. Also, I was demonstrating poor riding skills in the forest and demoing my even poorer video editing skills 😂
Looks pretty out there!
Super cool! That drone takes amazing video!
Neat rock formations!
You really captured the violence of the landing 😂
Look at all those rocks!
Whoa! Super cool! What an incredible experience!
Excellent work sir
Looks like a fantastic ride, so glad you were able to share with your bro! Awesome!
Love it! That was such a blast.
Awesome!! I love the way the trees look lit up in the dark
Awesome video! Glad to see another Lightning lover! Is that a FitCamX dash cam? And the PWS silencer, was that from MegaOhm Motorsports? Also where'd you get that emergency trunk release button cover? Or did you print that yourself?
Thanks! You are exactly right - the camera is a FitCam. It was a piece of cake to install and I like how discreet it is. Most people never see it, lol. And yes, the reverse beeper silencer is from Mega Ohm. That is a bit of a touchy one. Some folks get really weird about silencing a safety sound. My thought is that if needed, I can always just tap the horn. I saw the frunk button cover posted online somewhere and they had the file link too, so I forwarded that to my brother, who has a 3D printer and he was kind enough to do it and ship it to me. It fit surprisingly well!
Promo sm 😢
Another great video! Was the ride up to the Flow Trail the Fire road?
Thanks! Yes, I went up Aptos Creek Rd, its a fire road. I went back up there about 3 weeks ago and Demo forest was still closed for repairs.
Sweet truck for sure. I'm also impressed by that drone weaving though the trees!
Looks so fun! Thanks for sharing the video adventure!
Nice!
Looks like a lot of fun!
Looks like a ton of fun! Awesome POV footage too!
Thanks! Stephanie will never do this again. lol
Headed out there this weekend for a bikepacking mtn bike trip, what trails are you riding. Looks rad. Thx
Thanks Andrew! I'm very curious about the trail conditions out there after all of the rain we've had. I'm sure you'll have a great time. This was just a 10 mile loop, basically up JD to Spike, and down Timm. Not sure if this works, but here's a link to my Starva from that day... www.strava.com/activities/7255640641 Be safe out there!! Paul
@@paullittleton1974 The trails were great, some ruts, quite long grass on some. We did kelly lake DH's both ways, wilson ridge dh, fish n game, pacheco falls, domino pond, coit springs dh, cattle duster, grapevine, anza. (cattle duster was. a bit boggy, apart from that pretty good shape..)..
@@andrewsell1491 thanks for the update! Sounds like you went all over the park!
Wow, quite a collection! Very cool...
Dude - we ride all the same spots. should be gorgeous up there now after all the rains! You're cruising!
Thanks! Yeah, I am very curious to get back up there, I heard it's closed right now. I'm guessing some trees down and erosion issues?
@@paullittleton1974 its pretty impassable with all the flooding right now, but insanely green. Should be gorgeous in the spring and rideable
One of my favorite places to ride - great video.
Awesome Adventure!!!
I haven't been to France for a number of years, but these amazing photos and videos sure make it look inviting, I definitely need to visit again soon. Vive la France!
Thanks for the shout out! That place looks like so much fun. Great ride Paul!
Great ride / video ... looked like you got some serious air on that jump too! Well done!
Beautiful ride!
So pretty!!
Super cool!
Amazing tracking ... very coooooool action shots!
dream build
Super cool! Who needs a helicoper cameraman when you have this!?! LOL
5:35 did he get the fish back? Yikes!!!
No, apparently it was undersized. The deck hand called it a hotdog. Lol
That's a nice bike but a gravel bike is what you should have bought if the trails you filmed in this video are any indication of your daily ride.
Yeah, it is overkill in this particular situation. I really got it for places like Santa Cruz, Soquel Demo Forest & Pipeline. I took it to the closest trail right away in the video, mostly because I was just excited to get on it. Also, I have a trail bike that gets plenty of use and I have zero desire to own a drop bar gravel bike, but thanks 👍🏼
@@paullittleton1974makes sense.... Enjoy the bike.. It's a beast...got the S version of it myself
U going the speed of light🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
It's a fun loop, we should go sometime!
Sounds good 👍🏻 let's go.🤘🏼
Looks like you are loving the new bike!
Absolutely!
Looks like a blast!
It certainly was!
Hi Paul! You did awesome!
Haha, thanks!
What happened to your old bike?
Nothing, I still have it. I just wanted another one that was capable of handling bigger hits, steeper terrain, and more intense trails :)
Sweet bike!
That place looks sweet. A lot of Pipeline looked super off-camber and sketchy. Great video Paul!
I like the little bridges and all the greenery this time of year! Looked super challenging. Great video!
