Thank you for uploading this fight. I stopped searching for the upload some time ago. I had to see it with my own eyes, Everett "Bigfoot" Martin being stopped with a body shot from a fighter who was not a puncher. Bigfoot, for the portion of his career I watched him, was not an easy man to get out of there. Riddick Bowe stopped him on cuts in the 5th round in the early 90's, but never dropped Bigfoot.

It just shows you how good Lloyd Honeyghan was to completely dominate and destroy Curry in six rounds some three years later. With Leonard retired, Curry was the best welterweight around at this time, but, he should have been keeping an eye on Lloyd as time went on (you don't remain unbeaten in 27 bouts for no reason, including a three-round clean knockout of future WBC Super-Welterweight Champ, Gianfranco Rossi, for the European Welterweight Title). Honeyghan essentially finished Curry's boxing career at the very top and those fights with Hagler, Hearns, and Leonard, which were being spoken about a couple of years on from this bout seem like wishful thinking on the part of Curry and his team now.
