@@vorkarb2825 from what I can tell. Powder is casting more like every 6 seconds because of the little mana lock after casting

I don't know. It says, "Gain 18% Damage Amp. Increased to 36% against units with lower star level" I assume that the 4 star gains 36% damage amp when it targets a 3 star or lower.

I had something similar, except I went Nightbringer trait(4 legionnaire also). Radiant QSS, Radiant Titans, and Radiant HoJ 3 star Yas. Was freaking insane, He easily would do anywhere between 20-30K damage in the later rounds.

​@@Kwinera That was my first 5.5 revival vid, 6 Darkbringer, 4 legionnaire Yasuo items were radiant BT/ QSS / AA. I got a 100hp victory because it was so strong
