How The US Navy Masters Rough Seas With Massive Anchor Chains
"Before they were crushed without warning" That's not true, they knew it was coming because the hull alarm was going off, that's why they were trying to come back to the surface...
The random videos while talking make some parts of this video confusing
can have so much money at your disposal and still make such garbage its unbelievable to me when i first heard of this without knowing of the design my first thought was if there's not gasoline floating on the surface they're probably fine if there is probably just stranded on the bottom in the pressure chamber how wrong i was on all assumptions because i assumed they made it like a deep exploration vessel spent most of my life hoping to get funding for what could be the coolest submersible just to watch my dreams wither and this a deathtrap of a design makes if far enough to have a body count smh
If there were 4 hours worth of tapping noises not attributable to non-human sources, how could it have been an implosion?
I can't understand how men who were intelligent enough to be very prominent businessmen were foolish enough to go down in the deep ocean in that death trap.
I would think that there would be a giant bloody air bubble that would’ve came up in a certain amount of time that it took for the air bubble to travel and there anyone there would’ve saw it
To many corners were cut & rush was a know it all!
Brave and intrepid explorers? Adventurers? Pfff.. try entitled, selfish rich people who just wanted to flaunt their privilege in front of us "peasants" What mystery is there to even discover? Let's pretend there even is a possibility of a mystery, what would these rich people know? Ffs rich people don't even have a reasonable grasp on life, they're going to solve a tragedy like this? Leave it to the rich to turn a grave site into some manner of personal enjoyment for themselves. Swine
Sadly OceanGate hadn’t surveillance systems constantly monitoring the sanity of their CEO Stockton Rush.
Boeing and Ocean Gate is showing American Engineering at their finest. Are you impressed?
Ocean gate to pay for the rescue
Interesting that the taxpayer, not ocean gate pay for the rescue attempt
Still hope the texting is fake. If the texts are true? They knew what was happening and the attempted ascension was failing.
I have a feeling it isn't. I think it would have been officially dismissed by now. Notice that the submersible community have been real quiet over it. They know, they knew it had imploded days before it was found. The transcript I think was part of how they knew.
Very amusing indeed 😂
BULLSHIT VIDEO!
Tell us something we don't know this is old misleading information.... all what you have said it's already being posted I'm guessing you're little slow making UA-cam content
Terrifying nothing.
The navy or ocean gate could spend millions on designing and testing joystick controllers. The X-Box unit would still be superior.
Id shake the boat too much
They could have prevented this tragity stocken rush was responsible for this tragity 100 percent!
While not entirely forbidden, insert a lot of sentences. But in final conclusion: yes. And how is a floating city any different from a land based operation where men and women work together? People be having urges you know.
That's what happens when water pressure is so crazy high
I don't know if this was just boring or maybe I am just getting bored of this story.
In theory their sub worked but only for one dive safely. With all the engineers they had they did not take into account the matrix of carbon fiber microscopically cracks with every dive they took after it got weaker and weaker. Until finally. Poof. Why didn’t they use metal like other subs? Cost? RIP
people who were killed including caption were all stupid! just dont get it why they trusted this clown with their lives where almost everyone told them that this was too risky ...
It appears that , just because you are rich , does not mean that you can 't do REALLY DUMB THINGS . Like build a REALLY CRAPPY SUBMARINE !
What does an implosion sound like? A bathtub fart?? 🫧......
To me, getting into something that you can’t get yourself out of, is flat stupid.
Stating the obvious..
HAS ANYONE ON THE POLAR PRINCE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT HEARING A STRANGE NOISE ABOUT THE SAME AS THE EMPLOSION?
Literally talking in circles and using wasting ppls time.
We already know what the U.S. Navy discovered around the time of the incident. They had sonar & sound readings of an implosion @ the time, depth & general location of the Ocean Gate sub Titan. The real tragedy of this is the people he deceived into thinking its safe. So they would give him money & sign their lives over. If he was the only one in that sub when it imploded, i would have more respect for him. People would say " at least he went out doing what he loved". He would of still been called a dummy, irresponsible etc but people wouldnt hate him & call him a scammer.
Ummm … flash of lightening first, then the boom!
💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
The sh** show that was allowed to happen to the family of the victims was horrific. They knew that they imploded immediately and the media did their ghoulish countdown right up until the last minute of “oxygen” expired. Smh
💙💙💙💙💙
This was not that big of a tragedy, it was Darwinism in action. The sub was built like crap, "Lets build it PARTLY strong, and mostly WAY too weak." They were warned by those who knew better, and those warnings remained ignored.
That and it was just wealthy swine, so no real impact on anything if we're to be honest
@@kitzuni0 Hate to be crass, but yes, my thoughts exactly.
Boring
0:21 seconds in... Faraday cage. *mic drop* _pssssssst_ If that's a robovoice, change it.
Trieste was designed by Swiss engineer Auguste Piccard and built by Italian Acciaierie Terni. It was BOUGHT by United States Navy. Notice the distinctive lack of involvement in designing or building. You Americans really tend to gobble up the credits. Even its name the "TRIESTE" - you know just a major city in Italy - should hint at that. But no - it's a US Navyyy vessel built by some imagined company.
Exactly correct. Mr Piccard built it right. The US Navy just bought it.
Title is misleading as there's nothing new reported here. Its a rehash.
In other Words " goddam click bait "... DDdrrrrrrrr
Yet here we are watching it 👀 😂
@@GimmeTeaCaroline ...also hiding all recommendations of this channel.... fool me once.
Thanks for the heads up.
Ok Ty won’t waste my time
They were brave but foolish 😢
I hope his company is broke now .because they let it happened
They knew what happened and that there would be nothing left
💙
Stockton knew and he lied .
I feel sorry for the kid he didnt want to go originally
He actually did want to go. His mom did an interview and said it was originally supposed to be both parents that went down, but that the kid got pumped up and really excited so she let him go in her place. He really wanted to be on that trip. He was uneasy about the ship and the rough waters, but he wanted to go down Editing to add: I still feel sorry for him too though just for being a kid
This video is awful.
Nothing about that trash can was safe. Amazing how smart people could be so stupid at the same time and go along with this sham.
Informative video
Old news we already knew this
