Lane Kiffin: "Arkansas's dbs stink". Or something similar. Losing Braxton at the start of the season hurt this team in a big way. You cannot build a secondary with other schools' castoffs. Recruit high school dbs and develop them. You can use the portal from some positions, but not in the defensive backfield. There just are not enough good ones out there when you are facing the best wideouts in the country.

Please stop recruiting your secondary through the portal. Really good defensive backs are few and far between. Taking other teams' players that couldn't cut it with them and thinking you can get something out of it is false. Dwight is the only good secondary transfer that has been good. This entire group of transfers we have now are not good. We saw it clearly today and this is not the first time. No doubt the falling back to his old tricks of Jaden Johnson has really hurt this team. He seems to have no desire to tackle or the instincts to tackle most of the time. Last year he was much better. This year he is getting worse as the season goes on. He is supposed to be leading these guys and that is not happening. Get your dbs through high school recruiting and develop them I think is the way to go.
