BLRT REPAIR YARDS - a group of ship repair yards located in the Baltic States (Estonia & Lithuania) and Northern Europe (Finland) - incorporated by BLRT Grupp - the largest industrial holding in the region of the Baltic Sea with a rich history and industrial heritage.

COMMISSIONING OF a NEW FLOATING DOCK for BLRT REPAIR YARDS in TALLINN
On August 8th, BLRT REPAIR YARDS in Tallinn marked a major milestone with the commissioning of a floating dock.
Built to accommodate Handysize vessels, the dock is 180 meters in length, 30 meters in width, and has a lifting capacity of 10,000 tons. Its construction was completed at the Hat-San Shipyard in Turkey in May 2024.

@@blrtrepairyards what I ment is that 2 cranes are taken of the ship and their support has been cut and replaced by a new support/ slewing ring. But for what reason? Ty for your quick response 😇

I just came from the Tarmo 1907 film, the old girl still like new.
sorry to say not the same ship, registered in Estonia and build in 1963. The original one is still preserved in Finland as a museum.
Nobody has had the time to register this vessel into Wikipedia (Tarmo 1963), Specs and a bit about history?
