I have that in both eyes. Saw a retina surgeon and he said there's a little wearing away of the vitreous which comes with age and it's not a problem as of now

Guys someone help me 😂 lmao. So whenever I close my eyes, I see flashes of color lights in my peripheral vision and it literally drives insane. It’s like if I dont open my eyes immediately it stays there for a min or two like Aura. I had this happen to me before and a aura turn into a seizure. But all the test came back good about me not having no epilepsy issues. I recently went to the eye doctor for a exam because to see if it’s retina detachment or slight tear. I’m supposed to be going to a retina specialist for better understanding. I’m so scared at night when trying to go to sleep.

I had this on one vacation, late morning a white light flashed over our heads at Moynihan Hall NYC. Then the same day in Poughkeepsie same day but at night a white light flash inside entrance to hotel room. The lights where on but the flash was so bright it was easy to see it. I was Not the only one to see both flashes that day. But it was my only time experiencing this.

Guys 😭 I want to cry right now. I was not searching for this problem because I thought it’s very rare and problematic. I was going insane because of this. Even after regular check up of my retina my doc use to say your retina is perfectly fine. But I could see I want to tell him how can it be fine when I’m going crazy because of this ??? And after reading the comments for the very first time after to so many years I’m feeling better. Thankyou so much everyone for writing down their problems. Seriously it’s very useful. And I thought it was Casper flying about my room. I even see light flashing in the corner of my eyes even if I'm not looking in that general direction. But if I concrete on let's say a point on the wall in my room the entire wall starts dancing persay. Black lines with white flashes here and there or if I look to my feet I see ( too hard to explain ) by focusing to one point the entire floor, a few inches above the floor like sand particles all moving in one direction.

I think our cell phones are partial responsible As we stare at them for hours! Just my opinion! I also have the flashes of light like when u see the moon and it’s partially see able I noticed I see it many in dark rooms! I’m trying eye exercises! And prayer! As my eye doctors said all is well?
