Microsoft Flight Simulator film - Together Again (song by Edith Piaf)
Following my previous short MFS film (ua-cam.com/video/IpdVnbZgS6o/v-deo.html) I felt like doing something a bit different, focusing on the "story" of two aircrafts longing for each other, travelling across the world and meeting in a very special place, at least for me.
Maybe I felt romantic. Maybe I wanted to make an allegory of the distance created between people by the pandemic. Maybe I was high. Dunno.

Microsoft Flight Simulator has to be my favorite game of all time.
Surprisingly, this is the best audio of any other I've listened to. Usually videos lessen the audio quality. You must be a wizard with a control board.

As a fan of Civilization games, fan of Christopher Tin, Private Pilot and entusiast of MSFS2020 this video is exactly what I was looking for. <3

Man, this is breathtaking! I would be interested to see a list of all add-ons been used to make this beauty. I cannot imagine, that this is all stock scenery, isn't it? At least the famous Matterhorn looks quite ugly with default scenery. Thanks for sharing this great piece of work with us!
Gone are the days of buying scenery after scenery addons. This isn’t Xplane or FSX. MSFS 2020 looks stunnig without scenery addons. Even better with the free World Updates. This is a new era of technology😉

Thats true, some places look awkward, some even crappy. But every now and then it has its moments where i am just staring at my monitor in awe.

Ingame Marketplace. But there are also a lot of free addons out there. But more or less accurate of course.
Something different indeed! Very nicely done. Start with separation, two characters moving toward the other, some beautiful scenery, and human emotions will connect the dots. You wish for closure, for a reunion you know will come, even between virtual airplanes. Cartoons have done this for 100 years, why not flight sims?

Went into cognitive dissonance watching msfs images with Civ6's theme song. A bit like watching a trailer of BBC's Planet Earth but with Star Wars theme song.
I imagine this was cooler to watch if you didn't play Civ 6. It was hard to separate for me. Great song, great game but for me it was an odd match. Now let's try Baba Yetu.

Freue mich sehr darauf dies auf meiner Series X zu spielen. Als erstes sehe ich mir meine Heimat von oben an.
Die Gegend um meinen Heimatflugplatz EDNB ist jedenfalls sehr gelungen und ich habe alles sofort wiedererkannt. Sogar einzelne kleine Bäche oder Landwirtschaften. Alle paar Wochen kommt ein größerer Patch und man ist immer gespannt drauf was es Neues gibt.
