What is the charity shops authentication process? I wouldn't spend £1200 on a pair of shoes unless could get near 2k back and could confirm they were 100% legit. But I wouldn't spend that on a pair of shoes for myself personally but I know people who would spend that and more on items of clothing.

Lucky you, never had a bad experience. I'm guessing you did not look on the Better Business Bureau in the USA - just google it. There are HUNDREDS of complaints against them there, all unanswered and unresolved. They have disabled their support email and removed their US phone number (I put it back) but it refers callers to the website chat anyway which is auto replies and useless. Have you actually googled them in the last 2 years since you posted your video? You may be very surprised. BTW, I am a 5 star seller on Posh with hundreds of sales and no complaints or returns. I just began on Vestaire with 6 sales, I am a "trusted seller". One buyer lied about a Moschino belt and they told the buyer to return it to me without even investigating because that is the easiest thing to do. Good Riddance. But they have lost me, and many many others, as a seller and a buyer. Maybe it's because they are a foreign company and do not understand fairness and consumer protection. I should have googled them before listing but I never had any trouble with other sites - big mistake. No need to respond, we have to agree to disagree. And since your video is 2 years old, no one will believe you now anyway. Good luck.

Plus, it's not true they are only high end. They will now accept ANYTHING for sale. People are leaving in droves and they have no choice. I would not trust them with any high end items as a buyer or seller. You need to see other videos about them, all bad.

Are you nuts!! Anyone who lists or buys on Vestiaire has a complaint. Your video is the only one that recommends them, most think they are scamming and that has been my experience. They have disabled their "support" email and they took their phone number off google but before that they had a recording referring callers to the chat which is automated responses. They have a Better Business Bureau rating of F with hundreds or unanswered and unresolved complaints. My guess is that they have so many complaints, they can't keep up with them. It is unconscionable of you to recommend them.
