This is a pose that one of my students came up with, I am sure it is not new to some of you, but it is to me. As always use caution and good judgement when stretching, build up gradually to protect your connective tissue, allow it to stretch not tear and scar. This student has exceptional knee and hip rotational flexibility, most people probably could not accomplish this even with proper training.

Here is an update for our flexibility video, this is new footage, and some of the stretching methods we use. Some of these techniques are VERY DANGEROUS!
