not gonna lie, this ship has a bad turret placement, my tip is to never use both guns but only one. sure if you angle it's good but the slight angle to use your guns, results in heavy hits taken. Good ship, not enough for a full secondary set up because it can and will get penetrated from the bow even if you angle. Also use SAP, it's better than HE in most cases.

You taking the torpedo for the prisoner was a top tier play. This was our strategy for hard mode. Definitely doable if you have everyone working together and alive when the boss comes around the corner.

Just some advice don’t use sap on the main guns. Makes you super lazy for selecting the right shell. The AP can slap and HE fires will come in use

Could have been better I mean Shimanto's fire chance is pretty low considering her guns are only 155/150 mm so I hate to break it to you but the original heavy cruiser line still has a higher fire chance than those light cruisers do. Bad torp launches and just a lack of direction , work on it I'm not impressed.
