To get the Amarok helmet, there's a set of achievements to defeat Amarok with various characters or with different restrictions called "Such Rock Very Dog Wow" in Blunder Hills/World 1 (of the nine achievement boxes it's the one on the lower left, on the bottom). Once you unlock level 4 of the such rock tasks, that unlocks the helmet. It requires the slabs from him, so it'll be quite a few fights to get what you need, plus wood circles and forest fibres (the tree at the last area of world one, past the plank things). Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Right now I'm finding I'm getting a lot of value out of Alchemy, the owl guy, the kangaroo rat, and the other smaller bonuses throughout the game (like stamps). Something I found really helpful is the crit attack book you get from World 1 dungeon shop (Grandfrogger).

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. The wiki does say it works on attacks made by the player. The upgraded knockout aura is 15% hitpoints, while the regular one is 10%. But, since the finisher threshold for hitpoints on gargoyles is 1005, that's 15% of their max. Since I haven't tried it yet, I don't know. The regular one wouldn't I don't think. But for the upgraded one, I'm not sure if the Aura or finisher would take priority. I'm guessing the finisher if you have the auto-smash unlocked. For passes, it's 12 per week, and they reset each week with all of the other weekly stuff. In the gem shop you can also buy more but that depends on if you want to spend gems. I can't remember how many tickets a boosted run uses, I thought it was between 3 and 5. So of those 12, you can probably get 3-4 boosted runs every week during Happy Hour, as an estimate. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Offhand, the only ways I can think of is to keep them at a distance or have Surge or Bladed Dive keybound (if you have them).

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Damage does start to snowball with alchemy and other boosts. I never thought I would be able to one-hit Amarok at the end of World 1. At the beginning it is very slow.
