You gotta remember that strobes flash at 1/100,000th of a second and so obviously not every camera frame is going to pick them up, which is why it looks like it’s barely flashing at all. In person it’s actually flashing like crazy.

Wow! Any idea what they were responding to? I never see the constables actually responding to calls. Does Jessamine County rely on them frequently for certain calls? Usually the Lexington police and Fayette County sheriff will do the emergency response for here in Lexington and constables just do the civil papers.

You will never see Marshall service car without window tint. It’s probably just a gang unit officer or detective. Pretty much all Marshal service cars have dark window tent on all windows to hide the deputies identity.
