Hey y'all, I'm a former Texan who is now an Oklahomie! I enjoy having a great time with the love of my life and best friend, Ben. I love to talk and was once named Motor Mouth or M&M :)
We have 3 dogs, 1 American Labrador Retriever and 2 English Labrador Retrievers. They provide hours of entertainment and lots and lots of love 💕.

Riley Jumps in the Pool

Maggie and Riley love to swim, and Riley especially loves tennis balls. She is the only dog we've ever had to jump into the pool chasing after the tennis ball. Unfortunately, she passed away in 2019, but we still have memories through these videos.

Off road vehicles, such as our UTV, even though it's street legal and licensed for road use, are banned within Silverton City limits. I am going to put one of these door locks in my new 2816. It has already been thru hurricane debby and did great. It was a rocken though.

I always go to Taylor Park in summer with the SxS’s. We met a Texan there this year who said he was done with Silverton because of their anti utv attitude. He specifically mentioned an unpleasant interaction with a local last year as the final straw. 2024 was his first trip to Taylor.
@@BipolarAyatollah we spoke with some business owners about the ban and they were upset because of the money they were losing. Out of all of the people we asked about it, there was only one person that was for the ban. They're definitely losing a lot of money from this ban. Hey thanks for letting us know about Taylor Park, we'll have to check it out.

So is the 100AH Lithium and 200W solar enough? Or do you find yourself charging with the genset? Can the inverter handle the microwave or do you have to run the genset?
For what we've done so far, it's enough. We have not had an overnight yet where we've depended on the solar. We haven't even run the microwave without being hooked up to 50amp. I'm not sure it's even possible. I'll test it out next trip! We're headed to the Black Hills of South Dakota in August! Cannot wait. We do plan to do some boon-docking in the future. I'm betting we will not be satisfied with our current configuration. If it turns out that we enjoy boon-docking we will most likely need to upgrade. It works great keeping all the food in our fridge fresh and cold for days while we travel.

Heya! We need to plan a camp trip together when your schedule calms down a little. Looks like I'll have PLENTY of time on my hands soon. Work finally pushed me over the edge. I'm done. Retiring ASAP. We have some leveling blocks if needed. We use a manual level to verify we get it right!
