it’s so sad to see what our reality has come to. as a young adult myself, social media is literally everywhere and i struggled badly with brain fog and lack of focus due to it. this became a problem as a uni student who needed to focus on lectures + assignments etc… so recently i took action and went on a social cleanse. all social media platforms deleted and i went MIA. literally reconnected with nature and its beauty. i focused on studying, working and would entertain myself by reading books and occasionally listening to podcasts. ofc i would keep in contact with a handful of my closest ppl and they understood the discipline that i put myself through… this was honestly the best decision ive even made and never been more in tune with myself than i am now. i feel more aware about what’s happening around me and just being present and able to hold a conversation without having the urge to check my socials ... but anyways that’s my 2 cents that no one asked for. i wish whoever is reading this thread the best of luck with your future, live a happy and fulfilling life :)

I'm from Berkeley. Never walk around the campus or city at night by yourself. Even during the day, it's still safer to walk with someone. I don't want to scare you but you have to be aware of your surroundings at all times. Unfortunately Berkeley is not the safest place.

Im 18 and 5’1 😭 But I have been weightlifting and exercising more consistently. Hopefully I can at LEAST be 5’4. Edit: I know I would have been much taller had I just eaten well and gotten a sufficient amount of sleep in middle school. I would consume way too much caffeine, barely ate, and slept at 5 am instead of 10pm. I only tweaked my lifestyle a bit by sleeping earlier (12am, I know it's still late but better than 5), consuming nutritious food (esp milk), cutting out processed food, exercising (stretching), and most importantly NOT STRESSING MYSELF OUT. And I grew 1 cm in 10 days, so an inch a month. From being 152cm to 155cm in a month. Yall its not too late, if you're 15 you can still grow!!!
