What is the purpose of expansion tank and in which stage it is installed? I would really appreciate your response

I have a labconco freeze dryer model freezone 4.5 and when I turn it on, ''pressure high mbar'' appears on the screen and it does not indicate any pressure value before or after turning on the pump. Nothing appears in the manual regarding this message. Does anyone know how to solve this error?

So the two stages have different refrigerants. Stage 1 evaporator cools the stage 2 condenser via the heat exchanger? I think i understand it. A diagram would have been helpful as i don't understand how they can share components. Great video though, very interesting

Basically using the evaporator of one system to cool the condenser of the other system.

That's why i have been getting so many service calls for attempted gasket changes. Why would you have the customer install the most important part of the box.... The sealing of the box....

Great video - thanks! I've got a Revco Value Plus that runs for 10-11 minutes but quits within 2 seconds after the secondary compressor kicks in (when the low-stage LED illuminates on the main board). It does this every time I try it, requiring a power switch reset. The start relay for the secondary compressor looks fine. Any suggestions on what to test next?

Thanks for the video. "Sometimes it hard, sometimes it's easy". I pulled the brushes on my portable bandsaw and cannot get it re-installed after many many attempts. I think I'll drill a small hole in the plastic cap so I can hold the copper piece in place while I tighten. I can cover the hole with a piece of tape or just leave it open. It won't really matter.

We have a microfluidizer Model 110-P in my lab. It's been working great but now it leaks from that little hole in the PUMP ASSY M110EH2002STND part ( Liquid end metal part). Any thoughts ? Thanks in advance
