riftbreaker magma survival with 340% hp for enemies test
pretending to be playing as a 5-ppl squad in coop, so thats 4 minute interval for waves and monster hp is 100%+60%x4=340%. Bosses not added but I think 4 other ppl can handle that.
Mainly to show the possible tech order (roughly) and make preparation for the incoming new biome. But tbh the 60% hp boost per player feels really bad and I think it has to be changed. Adding up to 500% (like 8 ppl in team) and I cannot win.
TLDR list of tech order: pickaxe, shard gun, acid spewer tower(Tier2), piercer tower, power rod tower, minigun tower.
If the acid spewer towers get nerfed to what they used to be, build Tier2 rockets behind the frontline, should be similar effect till krocoon comes.

included scenarios: 1, melee weapon VS a normal wave with canceroth 2, early game Mr.riggs single hero VS 4 canceroths from different directions. 3, mid game tower defense choices VS 10 canceroths clustered. ppl have lots of solutions late game even VS 50~100 canceroths so that's not mentioned.

Recorded not long before the release, and the ultra final wave is missing. But that doesn't really change much. I was thinking that HCM is the new answer to acid biome instead of heavy artillery but that's not completely correct. As the majority creatures in metallic biome are weak to acid and the rich natural resource, in lower difficulty this biome is somehow drone-tower-spammable, and it can be quite easy. Easy steps in 5min to cheese whatever wave comes lmao. No more fights! For demostration purpose some cheat codes are used, but u can naturally transit to this kind of "build" during any run in minutes. But do not follow this since u should always try to win with honor XD. This is just for fun. Not available: metallic biome, and any biome with lesigians.

Not using new tech cuz some of them are still under development. This new biome feels like an alter version of desert IMO, and the strategy can be almost the same. Acid map can be quite hard, and exploring a guarantee-to-win strategy can be even harder. But I think I've done it. Subtitle added so that the watchers should be able to understand what was going on. Hope this video can help ppl develop a better view, or maybe even change thier defense ideas completely. U may feel this video contains too much copium LUL.

Recorded with new PC, feels good. I was trying to make an easy-to-digest tutorial to help ppl defeat survival runs, but seems it went a bit off the track. But still useful imo. Cool showcase. I have 1 Question: Why didnt you go for the T2/T3 on the HCM's and Rods?
Does anyone know why I don't have the mini miner and other turrets in this survival? I only have gravity mine, hologram and acid grenade i think it is or mine. I have unlocked everything in the campaign
I figured it out, gotta build the armory faster for it to be ready before the first wave. Nowhere does it say that armory starts recharging items once you build it and gotta wait for the miner and cryo turret

For the final attack, what I like to do is also upgrade the HQ at -2min and activate all anomalies on the map (teleporter near all of them) when the final attack comes (3h gameplay). A lot of fun and full of enemies everywhere. You should try it once and post a vid. For the lol's. GG on the gameplay; really good.
usually my base grows too huge and I don't really want to touch those anomalies inside base XD

Love this game, played it for a for a week, only in survival Tropical on laptop with Zen 2 and 1060 at 48 FPS in FHD. My question, what laptop (how much RAM, is 16GB enough, is 3050 enough) is needed as a minimum for smooth gameplay and maximum video settings/effects? I heard that Intel CPUs are significantly faster since the developers optimized it for them, is that so? Guess, Zen2 and Zen3 will be on par. Also, wanna play it at 4K, how much frames are to be expected with 3050 and Zen3 at maximum settings (without e.g. AAA), will it be playable? The thing that fascinates me most is setting the time limit to infinity and when the super crowded battles (400% and more) fill the whole screen with all kinds of effects, I WANNA THEM ALL visualized properly, without skipping decays and what not, wanna fires, plasmas, sparks fully drawn. I love those swords with their powerups, and leading the waves away from my mainbase battling backwards.
tbh I know nothing about hardwares, maybe u shouls go to discord and ask the devs?
I recommend getting a Shadow PC. I'm playing on my barebone via Shadow, works niecly.

Hey! Could you pls give a quick rundown what research you are goin for? I wouldn't mind it being detailed.
tbh I don't know, but for metallic biome u really go for titanium based towers? all of them use ammo, so economy tech first. The order of towers: shockwave for wingmite -> minigun for flurian ->T3 rocket/acid spewer for late game cubes.

Great tutorial, thanks for doing these. I have one question. Why do you build double armory in the beginning?
In brief, to catch up the first wave, u have to. The first cryo sentry tower takes 525 seconds to be crafted. Thus u need 1min(armory build time) + 525/2 seconds to get first one, which is more than 5min, and the first wave arrives at 7min. Without cryo sentry it is simply impossible against 600 wingmites XD
You should use the mini miner to do the digging by hand for you :)
I have trouble finding enough power in this biome but you got it!

go finish dlc1 and u will be able to unlock laser sword...? Or, try to use fire trail/cryo trail for the 1st wave.

Great video, but I don't understand something: when I play on brutal difficulty, the third wave has so many more times the number of enemies than what you see here. What's up with that?
Guess that's somewhat randomized. My own experience from 4x brutal does show that the 2nd->4th waves are the most difficult ones, so if u want more security just spam 40+ rocket towers (while nuking ultra stregaros by urself)
