I'd love to know the name of the conductor. He's supremely expressive and dramatic. A simple gesture and he conveys a world of dynamics!

I love the way this piece is very quiet initially and then you are hit by a wall of sound when the choir comes in. I recommended it to a music group I belong to and the organiser, put it on and turned the volume up to a comfortable level, not realising what was coming. The look on his face as he rushed to turn the volume down was priceless.

looking forward to singing the Coronation Anthems (all four of them) in a choir soon. If you get the chance - go sing! It is a wonderful experience!

Recently I had the good fortune to hear this wonderful work in the perfect location - The Temple Church, London a place which Handel himself frequented. What a stunning experience, can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable music events I’ve ever been to.
