Interesting content...Wish Andy was in Chattanooga. I'm a marathoner working through IT band pain. Considering you're in a cool weight room, it would be awesome to see you demonstrate how to do some of the best rehab exercises.

Hip control, core control and eccentric / isometric / concentric differentiation 🤙
I used to do this before, and its one of the best exercises if you feel uncomfortable doing barbell rows and/or dont have a rowing machine. Eventually it gets too easy, so progress by putting your legs up on a table or box. The higher your legs are the harder it is.

Thank you for reaching out! I would suggest starting to build strength with the major movement patterns using body weight and Therabands. This can be a safe way to start. The last thing you want to do is get injured going to fast too soon. For example (sit to stand for squats to strengthen the quads, and bridge work / hip thrust extensions for the hinge to strengthen the glutes and hamstrings. I would stick with band work for push and pulls movements until you can handle your Bodyweight. I’ll start posting videos on how to strengthen the shoulder with a simple Theraband so you can follow along with them. How does that sound?
any ideas for someone who has a Arnold CHIARI malformation type 1 I have had bouts of paralysis where the Drs actually thought I had a stroke or tia stroke but found no evidence of a stroke. I unfortunately have severe atrophy in my entire body. I used to b a gymnast, acrobatics, and ballet along with sports unfortunately now I suffer even picking up a gallon of milk as last time I did I actually pulled out my shoulder. PLEASE I NEED EXERCISE IDEAS for people who have disabilities like me.. I also have bilateral nerve damage in upper n lower extremities from a car accident. not sure if that matters
