I played this Charles Bronson movie tie-in for the first time on my Commodore 64 from a compilation called 10 GREAT GAMES II (tape) as a little boy back in the late 1980's. 😹😺👍🕹️

I was walking home from the pub the other night, and had quite a few drinks. So I was feeling very tipsy 🥴 🥴 halfway back I saw a young guy under his car working on something. I said "What's the matter with your car son?" He said "Piston broke!" I replied "So am I mate! So am I. Hic!" 🥴 Lol 😅😅 Wyn 👍

you keep saying this game is terrible, it was actually an amazing game back in the day, and not worthy of the bin, spent hours on the arcade version so to get this at home on my speccy i was over the moon.

Brilliant game this Butch Hard Guy. Crisp colours like you said, and graphics are fab, and is also very addictive. Infinite lives cheat is cool. So no messing around here....get to the chopper!! Wyn 😆😆

Back in the good old 80's my parents bought me the 'They sold a million 3' compilation for christmas. Ghostbusters, Fighter pilot, Rambo 2 and Kung Poo Master... Didn't remember it being this bad.

Pretty sure I have thd physical copy of this game in my large Speccy collection. Exolon is a superb classic game!! Brilliant graphics and gameplay is challenging but very addictive. Yeah I really like this game! Good video review Tez!! 👍 😃

This is a fun game I used to play quite often when I was younger. I have a copy of this in my large collection of Speccy games too. I love the colour and the music by the Beatles "it's been a hard day's night" is cool too. Very challenging but it's so much fun!! Practice makes perfect as they say!! Wyn 🤪😊

Loved playing this brilliant game in the past. I haven't played Alchemist in years either! But I do remember playing it for hours on end as I was so addicted to this game. Took me quite a while to complete it, without using any cheats at all. I have to say I enjoyed flying as the eagle bird too. The music at the beginning is cool..Toccata and Fugue by Bach. So sad about Ian Weatherburn who committed suicide in Spring of 1989 😔

I have Zzoom in my large Spectrum collection and it's great fun to play. WAYOH!! I like the way you control your cross hair cursor to destroy the enemies, and although a joystick is handy to play this game, I can manage on a keyboard myself. It's been a very long time since I last played Zzoom. WAYOH! Wyn 👍😀

I've always been a fan of Donkey Kong, and love this one by Artonapilos. I remember playing this in the arcades quite often. I even got to the last level where you have to collect/jump over the girder rivets to get Kong to fall to his doom. Tricky but so addictive!! I have a PC shareware version of this, and I did have the Atari VCS version as well until it got lost somewhere. 😒 Watch out for those dreaded barrels!! Yikes!! Wyn 👍

Yeah, this Zip Zap game sure is very difficult to play. Great fun on a short term basis, but you need a lot of practice to perfect game play. You mentioned a few games in this video, and one was Alchemist. I really liked this game and enjoyed playing it more than the other games. Took me a while to complete it, using no cheats, and although there's the usual colour clash, it's a pretty good game.

Ah memories, I have the physical copy also but probably haven't loaded it in two decades. Simple and quite addictive.

Xavior looks like a really good game to play, but it does have its problems. Firstly, your character is just way too big, and you have limited firepower too, and also 3 lives is definitely not enough. So infinite lives cheat is needed in this one!! 😊

Hehe! I'm sure I posted this BC Bill game on the Wos Facebook group quite some time ago, and had a fair number of comments about it. I have the actual physical copy of this too, as well as the game of it on the Beau Jolly compilation Spectrum pack. It's very addictive and great fun to play. It was funny when you said you needed more females 😅 Like you said though, a remake of this game wouldn't go down very well these days though. You played much better this time round Tez, and protecting your kids is important too. But life can be tough!! The joys of being a parent eh!! 😅 Wyn 👍 Never heard of the Mostrops show on TV though. Nice chance to use your game pad too!

Wow! I never knew Warren Beatty owns the rights to the Dick Tracy movie!! 😮 You sure surprised me there Tez. This game of the film however is really pants! It's just downright awful! The presentation is okay, but the gameplay is just yuck! 😒

I have the original Trantor game on my Spectrum and I agree, it's quite a challenge to play. But great fun! Your character is quite large making it easy for enemies to hit you. Yeah a map is quite handy to get around.

Oh yes! I do like this alien blasting game, and what's more, I have the arcade version on my PS 2 Taito Legends compilation of games. There are many arcade games on this compilation too!!! There's at least over 15 of them!! As for this Spectrum version, I quite like this one as well. Although it does slow down a bit when there's lots going on the tv screen. But it seems to play quite well and has great music too. Yeah, I'll give this a thumbs up. Wyn 👍

I would love to have a two player go with you on this Line of Fire game Tez. It looks alright, as it has end of level bosses, but I noticed it slows down a bit when there's a lot on the screen. Like you said it's a hit and miss kind of game, and needs more polishing up. Yeah, a disappointing messy Operation Wolf kind of game. Give me the proper arcade game any day!!
