We didn't get a very good look at how the metal disc work
If you vacuum too much will it start evaporating out the ethonol making the wine weaker?

Having a hell of a time with degassing and am wondering if 10 micron discs will work as I found some on Amazon and ebay? I think you said you were using .5 micron which I cannot find. I have a vacuum already. Thanx!
