From what I understand Cerevo said that the change of price is because of the internal parts that makes this model better than the old one. In other words just performance. It has the same amount of voices. The difference is like you said its the case and each case has a serial number. You can pre-order the stand but it costs 299.99 ^^ you can still get it through Cerevo Global or probably animate international for cheaper price.

That part usually is for better positioning the arms. Depends on how the nendoroid is made but you basically need every piece to make every pose or even you can play with all the pieces to make other types of poses even if they are no advertised on the product. The only extra part you always get is the neck peg because those tend to break easy unfortunately. ^^

Well, I cant say recommend a nendoroid for a child, since the pieces can be delicate. Nendoroids can be a bit fragil, the joints can easily break if they arent put together carefully… I have broken a few myself 😞. Also there are a lot of small pieces which are easy to lose. But is up to you if your kid is not to rough with them 😅. Sorry if is not a straight answer, hope it helps!

I sugest pre-ordering now with animate international as they have it cheaper than Cerevo Global. They did a second pre-order wave recently. If you cannot find it in animate international then Cerevo Global will be your next option. 😊 it is an amazing piece to own.
