What an amazing group! We had never seen them, but Karen had met Martin through her friend stick, the road manager of the show “Come from Away.” A few conversations and Martin offered guest list passes. Karen made cookies for the band, we went to the show with our pal John…and had an amazing time! These fellas from Galway are the Real Deal!

the great Felice Brothers (featuring Jesske Hume on bass, Ian and James Felice on guitar and keys, William Lawrence on drums) visited the Richmond Music Hall at Capital Ale House on 15 Oct 2021. What a great show! We were also fortunate to be grace with the wit and wonderful work of Al Olender as opener and encore guest. Enjoy!

In celebration of the Out o' the Blue Radio Review Kitchen Segments that WCVE/VPM released recently, Tim Timberlake and other put together a wonderful evening of music featuring Page's friends, band mates, and family. A great evening of fun, music, tears, and remembrances not only of Page but also Jay Gillespie and Terry Garland, May they all rest in peace.

Cowboy (Scott Boyer & Tommy Talton) perform one of Scott's songs from their 1974 album, Boyer & Talton. I recorded this at the wonderful reunion event in the famed FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, AL. July 20, 2014. Also in attendance: Studio owner Rick Hall and author Galadrielle Allman.

Scott Boyer & Tommy Talton of Cowboy playing an absolutely gorgeous song. Bill Pillmore and Scott wrote this song, and it appeared on the debut Cowboy albu, "Reach for the Sky." This performance was July 20, 2014 at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, AL. It was so worth the 800-mile ride on my motorcycle! As always, please feel free to subscribe and give that thumbs up on the video. Thanks!

Hey, Joe. Have you found any more footage from this day? Thank you so so much for sharing these clips with us. Duane Allman means a lot to me personally. Having been given his middle name as my own middle name, I've always felt a connection to the man. The Allmans have been a staple in my household since before I was even born. Growing up, I was always told "you know we named you after Duane Allman of The Allman Brothers Band. The best guitar player there ever was" and I'd respond "Yea. I know 🙄" As a kid the 1980s, I hated the name Duane. I didn't understand the significance. Today, I couldn't be prouder than to be named after the person I consider the best guitar player ever and the person that inspired me to learn to play guitar. And I'll share that fact with anyone lol. That tells you just how proud I am to share the middle name Duane with Howard Duane Allman. And how thankful I am for my parent bestowing that name upon me. 😁❤️🙏

I was also born in Nashville & raised in Daytona beach & your dad would throw sago palm nuts & pine cones at me because I was always sitting in there back yard listening to them play...After i picked one up & hit him in the back of the head ( lucky shot, i was six) i ssaid im sorry i didn't mean to hit you. He turned around & said i meant to hit you kid & smiled & walked thu the back door..But once he found out I was also from Nashville the family took me under there wing .🍑.Mama A would make lemonade & make sure I had mine..LOL...My family moved back to Nashville a year later ( back & forth, back & forth) & i only seen Duane a couple more times but made lifetime friends with Gregg & Mama A..And the 80s were nuts I met.Frankie & Danny Toler thu Gregg & witnessed the Gregg Allman Band go from playing bars with less than a hundred people some nights to playing huge venues after Im No Angel hit MTV...In 89 Frankie & Danny moved to Nashville ( Manchester Tn) & they hung out in my little demo studio..I have some cool stories I could tell, but some ill never tell LOL ...They were good folks..Eat a .🍑for ✌️
