Nope... If you re-create this Effect... You're to do this. Take your target, keep it on screen everytime... now, you can do 2 things. Move backward taking distance, meanwhile do ZOOM IN... or else, mmove forward, meanwhile do ZOOM OUT. There's not any edit effect what can do better that a camera irl effect.
yes! this is if you don’t have footage where you’re zooming in on the subject while moving away :)
