En Algérie, nous avons de nombreux types de raisins et l'été dernier, j'ai préparé des raisins secs à partir de raisins rouges sans pépins. C'est ce qu'a fait ma mère, que Dieu lui fasse miséricorde. J'ai plongé les raisins lavés dans une solution d'eau bouillante, de bicarbonate de soude et un peu d'huile, puis je les ai séchés au soleil.
