I bought two of these and they are like heaven to sit and rock in... I read the directions and put the pins in correctly, Done! My favorite chairs to sit in, just not good conversational chairs LOL 😂

Got one of these for my son with autism about a year ago. The bottom frame is not even on both sides so it doesn't rock properly, and it makes noise when one side hits the floor first. So annoyed. I didn't want to go through the hastle of returning.

I bought one today at Costco, but the frame doesn’t fully unfold. The side supports never get low enough to expose the pinhole, so I can’t insert the pins to make the frame support the seat. I thought it was just right and I needed to use some force but all the videos show the frame opening and extending easily. A shame, I really wanted this product to work

great idea, great product except folding it is a pain in the ass, 30 minutes of trying to figure out this stupid thing thing to get back together. I like the suggestion part where you tell us how we should try it a couple of times before we take it out and enjoy our favorite sports! 30 minutes and it's still not together
