Glass Roses Tutorial | NAIL TIME
Hello frieeeeeeends!
In this video, I will demonstrate how to create dimensional roses for a nail art design. This adds some texture and realism to the rose. The technique is great for beginners and for those that want to try this approach instead of one-stroke brush method. It's a fantastic style for custom press on nail orders and for specialized artwork for clients.
NOTE: You can ABSOLUTELY use other jelly colorssssss... just use darker colors to get the 'under glass' 3D-like effects, so preferred colors would dark blues and deep purples

Hello love! New friend to your channel from southeast Kentucky! I love getting to chat with and make new forever friends here on UA-cam and I hope we can chat sometime. I hope to get back to doing my videos once again soon and have been doing vids my channel for a few years now. I sadly had to take a break from doing vids to fight stage 2 triple negative breast cancer from 2020-2022 and missed doing vids so much but now I’m gratefully in remission and pray I never see cancer again, so now that I’m starting to look and feel more like myself again I want to get back to doing my beauty vids Plus I want to add doing nail vids too. Can I use a non gel black color like regular polish just for the design? Then gel top coats?
The nail lacquer probably won’t spread and dry well like gel does, love! But, definitely give it go and experiment!! If you use nail lacquer, it must be completely dried down before using gel top coat. Even then, because they are different chemically, it might crack/break/split! Let me know your results if you try 🩷

Where the heck do you get nails that long?
These are called ‘art display tips’ or ‘demonstration nail tips’ and are used mostly to practice nailart 😊 You can find them on plenty of websites. They are a little bit flatter than press ons, sculpting, or nail tips used for clients to extend the nail, but these help with showing off artwork that people can visually see. You can transfer most designs into shorter nails as well, I have a few ‘long vs short’ shorts to demonstrate the concept! Check them out 🩷

What brush is that
The brush I’m using for the white gel is an ombré brush! Then the crush I’m using to blend the colors is called a waterbrush pen! I hope this helps! Thank you for watching 💖
