Here's why having less people making the same game is a actually better, let's compare Helldivers and call of duty, call of duty is worse, many people working on it, more focused on the money, and more buggy, helldivers, is indeed buggy, but not as much as cod, less people working on it, quality over quantity, and more focused on details and the enjoyment of their consumers, so don't be mad that you're the only person working on a game (also low range shotguns isn't realistic and fun and gun dudes wouldn't really like it, shotguns are like medium long range, about 70m's in range realistically, also you should make the ttk way faster, and just to make people feel better, you should make the gun animations give off more of a "f*ck yeah" vibe, like the character is more confident with his handling and has mastered the gun in general, when they probably haven't, you should also add partial aim assist, i saw your aim trust me just do it, you should also randomize the amount of time the ai stays interested, about 3-20 seconds sounds good, you should also add loadouts to the game on some game modes, along with tactical and lethal equipment)
