I just visited this place and the owners let us walk around in the kitchen. I could definitely feel a presence in the kitchen area and it was strong. There’s an archway that separates the two parts of the kitchen and when I was walking up to it I had to step back because the feeling was overwhelming. I felt like a pressure of being pushed on my chest. I don’t know if it was her but it was definitely a presence. Wanting to go back soon

I made an offer on a waterfront lot back when covid hit. It wasnt accepted and figured id wait for the market to tank because of covid. Wow was i wrong. The properties i was looking at doubled and even tripled in price. Crazy.

Care, energy and resources = taxpayer dollars that are NOT spent on the taxpayers. Growth is going to be South Dallas, Wilmer, Hutchins, warehouses and fast food along the highway. Families need to be over in Waxahachie or Midlothian.

Thinking of moving to Ennis? Maybe you shouldn't. There's no that many amenities. Shopping is better in Waxahachie or Mansfield or Dallas. She's speaking about the other places because there's nothing here. Unless you a well to do lady that "does lunch". This is a working town. No sense of community. The downtoen is onky for the rich folks who've gotten into power- none of them locals.

So for what I assume is just under a million dollars, you can get the McMansions stunted little brother an hours drive outside of the city.

I see a lot and nothing has change there. Sad to see downtown so abandoned. I haven't seen Kerens in person since 2005 - 07...used to be riddled with very bad people and gangs trickling down from Corsicana. The time we had no police was crazy. My family was never well received... remember living on 604 S Colket Ave all the way at that deadend opposite of Daniels Dr...me and my brother would go to the baseball field often...good memories but from i last heard there isn't even a house there anymore. Heard a lot of Kerens looks like a ghost town now.

No night life ??? Yikes... Then what do they do for FUN ?? That is not a conservative place, is it ??? 👀👀

We are 'transplants' to Fairfield. We've lived here just over 5 years now. We didn't originally set out to live here. We were looking for a home & the real estate agent didn't have exactly what we were looking for in the area we were looking but had the home we ended up buying after seeing it. Our first visit to Fairfield was like a step back in time. We drove through the town just to check it out & it was like driving into Mayberry off the Andy Griffith show, everyone was so friendly & the feeling of community was just awesome. When we stopped to have lunch & do a little shopping the people were so nice & helpful & all had such happy to help attitudes. It was just an all around awesome experience & to this day (5 1/2 years later) we still find this to be the case. If you are considering a move I would have to agree with Miriah, come check out Fairfield!! Good luck & God bless!!!

Fishing is great on that lake for sure. Too many water mocassins for me. Why not do a vid on the historic houses? Carriage district, or maybe sycamore. Not watkins land, but the old houses that are built lovely. The landscapping is well above average as is the millwork. Talk about how we get millions of dollars worth of work trucks after a storm. Talk about how the police come when you have an accident...everytime. These are some things I miss being stuck in Denver. Cant even talk about customer service or the food yall wouldnt believe me. Omi till I die.
