If you love chocolate and peanut butter but haven't had a buckeye before, you are seriously missing out! It's SO good and super easy to make.
Ingredients: Creamy peanut butter, unsalted butter (softened), powdered sugar, and your choice of chocolate
Instructions
- Soften butter
- Mix peanut butter and butter in the bowl
- Add powdered sugar
- Roll into balls then refrigerate (or freeze to speed the process up)
- Melt chocolate
- Dip rolled peanut butter balls
- Refrigerate (or, again, freeze to speed the process up)
Once hardened they're ready to eat!
