Solid steel door and solid wood across with steel brackets 3inch large screws into the studs in wall works well! My 300 lb six ft son 25 could not kick it in!

Thinking about it all homes I can remember have a front door that opens inward. It kinda wouldn't make sense to go out... When people are waiting in front, you'd slap the door into their face.
@@99xara99 that's what you want. It's a minor inconvenience to have people move to open the door in exchange for preventing a little girl from being able to kick your door in. And it is customary for front doors but not for other doors. If you imagine an old castle gate or a mansion gate. They open outward for a reason. But if you don't have a moat around your home and the first point of contact is your front door.... Then it should open outward

so how strong would any given man have to be to show off such badass-ness? i don't prioritize leg exercise but this could be my motivation to put in more work on my legs but is there a squat amount in terms of weight you can do on a machine to tell me the average applied to those who can kick down a door?
Kicking down a door like that requires little to no effort as long as you aren't a 5 year old girl physically. When I was around 7-8 I was chasing my little sister around the house so she locked herself into our parent's bedroom, so my dumb 8 year old brain thought "I should kick the door open" And for some dumb reason I followed through and snapped the part of the doorframe that had the locking mechanism in and thus broken open the door. Unless the door is somewhat reinforced by a certain margin it would require a small feat of strength to break open a regular bog standard wooden house door.
it's really more technique. you need to extend your leg and lunge forward with maximum power from both movements at the critical point. also doing it really hard and fast. practise makes perfect.

If it's real then it's one of such rules to aim your middle finger at. Here in Belgium there is a law that you have to declare any security cameras that you put up around your house, so that the police can use the images if anything happens in the neighborhood. Like, that is not my intention for putting up camera's 🙄 They can get lost with their law and i put them up anyway lol. It's none of their business what i have going on on my lot.
