Good job. I think I heard you mention bleach, that's how we did it with nothing more than a garden hose. Bought some WalMart brand cleaner with bleach, hosed the house down to get it wet, sprayed the house down with cleanser with bleach, let it sit for a few minutes, then hosed it down again with water. Any stubborn spots, used a brush. There it was. And saw no ill effects to the plantings.

What cleaner are you using? Because there is no way that mold came off without a brush. I’ve tried so many brands any I still need to brush the mold spots and gutters. It’s a back braking job on a two story. Btw, you do excellent work. Mind sharing the cleaning solution? Thanks.

Great job ,but in my county there's no way that fence that close to a house is legal .it has to be 15 feet away from home on sides. And around a foot for property line perimeter.from other properties that just seems crazy I could never live next to someone like that. Lol I did and I sold my home after five years. .

Is the driveway a different kind of concrete or have a tint added to the mix? It's amazing how well the sidewalk came clean with the first nozzle you used. Just wondering if that would've worked better on the driveway.

Looks like oxidation. Just charge her for oxidation removal. Unless there was no oxidation before you started, and it's actually flash oxidation from hitting a hot house.
