@@ashwanikumarmishra9920 customer care was a complete waste of my time, after many tries they were just trying to convince me that it's working, but I did find a workaround, there's a dell audio app don't remember the name exactly I think maxaudio, in that if you change the audio to headset, mic starts working. Try searching in community

I don't think so. You get little pain after certain amount of time. Definitely not for online lectures.
