How is the Wi-Fi ?
Saya pernah ke sini
One of the region's worst airports it is. For years already the train between the terminals is under maintenance, the security check service at each gate is inefficient and time consuming, ground staff is unwilling to service or do their job, traffic management is outdated, resulting in long delays, immigration counters are closed most of the time, resulting in long queues, retail shops closing down consistently. It's as inefficient as the Malaysian government itself.
infairness maganda yung airport why always rank on a worst airport ang manila
Hii! I noticed that you have a UA-cam channel and you are uploading videos regularly. However, are your videos reaching your target audience? If not, have you noticed this?
Considering it was built relatively recently, I must say it is among the worst designed major airport terminals I have been to, particularly airside. The adjoining shopping mall is a saving grace.
This klia2 airport is more of a retail mall and has low fares, but it's a little confusing. If you want to experience an exact airport, go to KLia1.
I beg to differ. I was at KLIA airport yesterday for the first time, and it was absolute nightmare. Firstly, the travellators were in different directions. It's those where you glide through one, and then walk a bit to glide through another, only to realise that the second travellator was of a different direction. I saw many passengers almost trip and fall. I saw some staff standing by, saw what happened, but didn't do anything. This really affects the safety of passengers, and overall, the user experience, and reflects badly on safety standards, service and hospitality of Malaysia in general. Secondly, wayfinding was inadequate. What happened was last evening, I was informed of my gate change. However, I only realised it when I saw the screen next to my gate. I was wondering why the gate change wasn't announced over PA, or appeared on any of the departure schedule board earlier in the journey moving from customs to the gate? Remember, that by this time, the passenger would have already gone through security checks and would have to experience it again at the new gate area. This would make the passenger go through inconvenience again. What made matters worse in my case, was that the gate was changed from P to L. Anyone who has had this experience of gate change to L would know that Gate L would be on the other side of the airport. This meant that I had to walk back from Gate P all the back to the customs and then from customs, walk to Gate L. The whole walking journey took 20 mins. And I still had to navigate different directions of travellators, steep slopes, ups and downs of escalators to reach Gate L. During which, I was already pressed for time. I do need to say that it's not the walking time or distance that bothered me, but it's the confusing signs, or the lack of. The 'L' sign was also really small - the size of the palm - which made spotting the L (in a rushed state of mind) really difficult. This left a bad impression on me, as I'm sure on many other passengers who have had to face this experience. I would think that the airport is the last place of memory etched in the minds of passengers. This one bad impression of the airport could leave a bad taste and perception of Malaysia forever on the minds of people. Thirdly, if one happens to be taking a flight from any of the L gates (gates 1-22), you'd find that the corridor is so narrow, with passengers sitting around because the actual waiting rooms are so small, so people overspill. The gates are designed so close to each other, and there were also shops too designed on dual sides. This could be an architectural mistake, scale wise, or poor planning of anticipatory needs of volume and experience, so passengers have to be packed like sardines together. This makes waiting unpleasant, and affects the mood and experience of passengers. In short, KLIA needs to really improve on user friendliness and experience urgently.
Its a decent AirPort . Its more Like a mall than AirPort itself . And its definitely not Busy as other main airports in Asean . Well done
One of the best? This airport is a literal nightmare, even more so if you're transiting through it!!
Nothing is wrong until u see those additional plastic seats like local village party
Excellent video again!!!
Wow, a really amazing place in KL.
Dana may mga charging ports sa mga boarding gates para in case na ma lowbatt ang mobile phones.

Why mag babayad travel taxes mag babayad paba pag international flight

bakit di pa palitan ang name niyang
looks descent naman. may room for improvement pa ba ito? only time ca tell. pero masworst pa ung sa tbilisi dito.
Even T3 is not comparable to other Asian airport, what making even worst is when I fly domestic in T2 but connecting to international in T1 by PAL but you have to go thru the outside public road which takes longer time😢 PAL is also semi LCC
Yon din ang minus sa Airpot na ang domestic flight T 1.. from international connecting fliht to domestic flight sana may runway bridge din at para hindi ka na lumabas pa sa airport terminal to take shuttle bus or taxi with this heavy traffic. Just saying sana si Mr. Ramon Ang will take action for this for problem they should think the comfort of the passengers to connecting domestic flight from international flight.

More and bigger and hindi mabaho na rest rooms/toilets.
Anyone dissing this terminal and comparing it with newer-built terminals in other countries is missing the proper context: this was built in the late 90s. So stop comparing it with Changi or Chek Lap Kok. T3 is the newest terminal in the NAIA complex, it's larger, has better amenities. Not world-beating, but decent. Now wait for the New Manila Int'l Airport to be finished. That would make most modern airports in the world primitive in comparison.
Sure buddy, whatever floats your boat I guess. 😂
@@gfuah1499 Another self-hating pinoy with an internalized inferiority complex, colonial mentality and suffering from stockholm syndrome. Your western-beholden elites and oligarchs turned your country into nothing more than a cheap supplier of raw materials and unskilled labor. Wake up little brown amboys, the west is not your friend!
Well, Chep Lap Kok in HK was also built and in the late 90s and opened a year before Manila's Terminal 2, and Changi's Terminal 1 was built two decades before Terminal 2 of Manila.
@@gfuah1499Angus has a point.
T3 didn't even have a working AC before 2017/2018. I seriously doubt the New Airport will be anything mind-blowing..
Do something about the internal theft especially the luggage
You Right 🤷🏽♀️
NAIA Terminal 3 lang ang presentable. Yung Terminals 1 at 2, pang domestic travel lang ang dating.
Thank you for your brilliant insight, Capt. Obvious! For proper context, T1 was built in the 80s, T2 in the late 90s. Ignorants critics keep comparing it to newly-built terminals in other Asian countries without mentioning the proper context.
@@Angus.MacGyver Well, international tourists and business visitors don't care when those terminals were built. They just care about smooth and convenient travel experience when they arrive in a country. Keep deluding yourself that Terminals 1 and 2 are up to international standards. Old buildings with stinky restrooms, one-way escalators (if any!), cheap concessioners that belong to bus terminals, cheap signages, chaotic flight transfers, lack of public mass transportation to/from the airport, not to mention the lack of reliable power supply and AC units, and what have you. Hence, these 2 outdated NAIA terminals will always suffer from comparison with those of the other SEA countries. As what i've said before, these 2 terminals are only fit for domestic operations. The phil govt should now realize that having world-class beaches isn't enough to entice foreign tourists but also having modern and efficient infrastucture as well. I know, the truth hurts. Unfortunately, until that new international airport north of Manila is built and operational, expect bashings to continue esp. from foreign vloggers.
Air Asia Philippine Airlines
Not an impressive airport, but not the worst in the world.
Not really, stop watching condescending, racist foreign channels. It's better than most in Africa, South Asia or less developed parts of the world.
kagulo na ulit yan pag lipat ng cebu pacific terminal 4 will soon be demolished to pave way for NAIA offices
seen so many airports but I dont think this is the worst. ganda parin ng NAIA di pa na nagstart ng Rehab
Too small for the number of people going through this terminal. Lacks for better food shops-restaurants among other things
Andito ako ngayon sa Switzerland for more than 10 years. Praying na pag uwi ko ng Pilipinas after 2 years maganda na ang Manila International Airport 🙏💕
What has improve??? Is that how to qualify or quantify improvements???
maybe in 3 years time. SMC investing almost 4 billion dollars to improve the airport. its a lot on PH money
And change the name of the airport
Yes I saw naia 2 in 2018, 2019 and 2022 and the toilet was dirty. The airport looked old and not taken cared of. Now 4th q of October, it has improved. Of course it can be better but definitely MUCH MUCH better than several years back! I hope more investors and better management. Kudos to the new management for starting the change.
Pangit bg airport nato nakatiles ang sahig parang hospital wala talagang inspiration mga filipino leaders pagadating sa international airport domestic kulang sa upuan siksikan ang tao walang space why we cant build an airport like singapore . Modern and well equipped with all and extra amenities filipino mentality pwede pwede nayan.
Diba ikaw rin gusto morin makita ang bansa mong trying its best to be better not just ok nayan. You travel the world you enter any intl or domestic airport you will compare. Philippines is not third world country for this kind of facilities they just need to do more better. By the way ofw ka i know same here but i built my life abroad but yet i wanted my own country to be better whats for of cutting taxes everytime you send money from abroad
Compare it to the New Manila Int'l Airport when that is finished. Stop parroting the condescending foreigners and filipinos with internalized inferiority complex. Don't compare terminals built in the 80s and 90s with those that are newly-built in other countries.

Bakit ang airports terminal sa Philippines ay parang terminal ng mga buses. Sana mag design cla ng katulad sa US na ang boarding area ay separated bawat boarding gates at hindi nakaharang sa hallway. Napaka gulong tignan at fire hazard pa dahil sa mga chairs in the middle of the walk way. Sa terminal 3 sobrang dami ng advertising billboards. Mas maganda advertise nila ay mga tourist destinations sa Pilipinas, hindi commercial billboard. Just my opinion.
They need to expand NAIA 2 before Cebu Pacific moves in. As both 5J/PR has a large domestic network the gates will not be enough for flights departing almost at the same time. They may add more bus gates as a temporary fix
Also, Delays in both airlines can cause a domino effect on gate availability for arriving aircraft
by next yeardito na ako sasakay mga domestic flights dito daw lahat
