This is now yet another vape shop. Frederick can't support two Vitamin Shoppes but we can have countless breweries, wine bars, and vape shops. I liked the people who worked at this Vitamin Shoppe. They were nice,, my favorite of the two we had.. The other Vitamin Shoppe is an absolute pain to get to.

Wow, that was sad to see. The food store back in the mid 80's was a grocery store called "Great American". It's right across the tracks from Elmira High School (formerly Elmira Southside High..I went to high school there and my momma used to work in the cafeteria there). I'd sometimes go to Great American and pick up stuff for lunch, if I didn't want to eat at school. The other end of the strip, it housed a store called Danny Discount. It was a pretty neat place. You could get all kinds of different stuff there. It's sad to see the state that it's in now. Thank you for the quick peek. I left Elmira in '85. I've only been back once in '95 for a reunion and then quickly breezed through there around '08.

The hotel are still open a doctor owns them I'm from bentleyville born and raised and the gas station owns where kings was they are going to make the gas station bigger that's why kings got the boot

A couple thinks I find weird about this place are 1 that its in very good shape for being closed for so long and 2 that there are no for lease signs up on it or in front of it. Great Video

I used to have a McDonald's in Woodbridge, VA near Potomac Mills Mall that was styled like this. It was 50s themed with a piano inside. It has been remodeled a normal McDonalds with the new boxy style

"Good to Go" was a one-off, as far as I can tell. The McDonald's was originally a 50s-style store. A former Blockbuster was also located in that shopping center.

Heard yesterday that Winchester will demolish all of Wards Plaza for a Publix Supermarket. I doubt it will happen though.

It started as a Sears furniture store, became a car dealer in the mid 2000s, then back to Sears. It was a Spirit Halloween this past year that didn't open on time because of some structural problems, which is probably why you can't go back there. I wouldn't be surprised if it was torn down in the near future

Eastgate Mall has been the only indoor mall I have ever been to. It was my childhood mall and it was my moms too. When I was little it never really had many people at all so it was already being ghosted most of the time. Back in about 2023 if not 2022, This mall was turning into an abandoned mall like how all of the old famous malls have. It was going on for sale to see if anyone would buy it and nobody eventually did, I lost hopes for the mall until I heard that someone bought it. Im really glad they did because if they hadn't to this day, This mall would be completely gone. Now, even though it has barely any stores open, Still, I'd recommend you to still go there even if you haven't. It kinda sucks that online shopping took away these malls from us, lets just hope malls will still be with us within these years😅

There is a old cinema near me , that closed many years ago ,it was used as a bingo hall for a while but now it's just empty which is such a shame The outside of the building, has been scared, it still has part of the bingo hall signage there but it's just crumbling away covered in graffiti and boardings But I remember inside there was a art deco ceiling in the main cinema screen, a sweeping staircase and beautiful arched windows, when it was first built ,someone tried to design something special here , that was lost when it closed I always wonder whenever I pass by, if the bear bones of a stylish cinema are still inside, it just seems a waste to leave it to rot to nothing

It's wired how it's closed , but the windows and the inside is so clean Someone must be taking care of the building for some reason You said there was a truck there before, maybe someone is going to turn it into something new

There is Lowe’s in Old bridge NJ route 9 Be closed since 2008

That abandoned shopping center has a very much alive H Mart grocery store. You just have to drive down to the back of the complex. I found the front door of the BK unlocked when I discovered it last August when I discovered that location.

And now the entire mall is closed due to a fire from last April. All that’s left is Boscovs & the tax center while the rest of the mall is roped off. Bath & Body Works had moved to Eagle Plaza as a result.

Debt owed vs income =o. Oodollars profit , won't be worth the trouble , banks are greedy and won't forgive debt that's the reason it will sit forever it stays in the banks books as an asset . Stupid but that's America.

I used to hate going here as a kid, this closed around 2018 when it moved to the old Dicks location. It was never a mall.

Started riding my bike there from tinton falls when I was 14 to walk it before getting steps in was a thing. My mom thought I went there to shop lift and do drugs with bad kids. Nope...just walking mom. Got my first job at goodies to go by Macy's, left there and went to Pacific sunwear and then worked a second job at Sam goody. I loved that mall. It was the first and only time I've had my car stolen so far. Haha. Now I live in brick and have ocean county mall. It was always second best ha.

I grew up in clarkstown, I'm 65 now live in Colorado but still consider Pennsylvania and clarkstown my home.
