I think you over exaggerated how cold the winter is. I also think it really changes year to year, for example in the past winter, the coldest temperature we had was -14.2 on January 17th and we only had 8 days where the daytime low dipped to -10 or below. Even more so, the winter before (2022-2023) we only had 3 days where the daytime low dipped to -10 or below. Overall -15 to -30 range of temperatures only happens on a couple days of the year in the winter, if at all. In fact, the last time we had a -30 degree C temperature was in 1933.

It’s crazy how little you get in the core of TO. I live in Ancaster walking distance from Ancaster tennis club and HGCC and have a full house with pool, outdoor kitchen, 2.5 car garage and parking for 8, 11ft x 4ft island (indoor kitchen) Full theatre in basement with golf simulator…the list goes on. Maybe $1.6m. I really don’t see how anyone that already lives outside the core would consider moving to it. I’d need $4-5m to match my lifestyle.

Am i tripping? How is that a 4 piece bathroom? Toilet, sink and a shower?

Who would buy a tiny, tiny, tiny apartment? I don't understand what the developers and investors who bought those units were thinking. You can barely fit a bed in one of those bedrooms, let alone a queen bed with night tables or a decent dining table. On top of that, you need to pay an additional $1,000 easily for condo fees. Condo prices need to go down a lot more before they go up.

No wonder Condos aren't selling in Toronto, too expensive and way to small. One can buy a large Bungalow for that money and get 4x the square footage.

Fantastic home. If only condo builders gave this much attention to layout and design. Any negative comment here is pure sour grapes, knowing they can’t afford to buy it for what is clearly undervalued to the forward thinking person. Buy it with your partner for 1.3 today, and move on to the next beautiful journey after selling for north of 2M by 2035. Lovely condo!

No Balcony = No thank you

I used live in a condo just around the corner from this building with a lake view, and honestly, you don’t even notice the lake after living there for a few months. The lake view is over-rated because there is nothing of beauty to see, like in Vancouver or Calgary, eg, Rockies.

Sorry but the 2nd bedroom is NOT a bedroom. No window and no bathroom in it. This is a 1 bedroom with a den.
