Hi, I am a Chartered physiotherapist in the UK who treats musculoskeletal injuries (Neck pain, Back pain, Shoulders pain, Elbow pain, etc). My passion for human body and physical activites started from a very young age when I joined the local karate club. Suffering multiple injuries throughout my carrer, guided me on the path of helping others overcoming any potential physical trauma.

It helps release toxins in the body and the red areas are where there’s lots of buildup of toxins - that’s the simplest way of explaining lol

Thanks for your comment. It is because I did a deep tissue massage before. In order to achieve great results in just one session you need to do more than just the traditional manipulation 🙂
it is not about the technique but about the way of doing it which is wrong!!!! Always putting pressure on the way up to the heart and never pressuring too much of the kidneys around the middle back,... how much a person is trying to do good is actually doing wrong. Thant masseur is amateur -.6 out of 10
