I talked to a psychic to ask her what she could find out about the situation and she said that my old house was built on a portal for the spiritual realm where they can travel to the earth plane and back. I was like well that's great I only lived there my whole life not knowing this 😣 but at least it's all behind me now!

I've heard a lot of stories with flickering lights and a feeling of being watched but hearing a noise like that is really unusual. Was it like hearing a high pitched ringing in your ears like when your ears pop? I've never had a paranormal experience. If I do I'll skip the yoga cus apparently they're not a big fan of that.
Haha yeah it was not a fan at all! The sound was definitely not from this world or dimension but I could say that it felt like having someone scream at the top of their lungs directly in your ear but then turn up the volume and pitch x100. The pitch was sustained it did not ever stop and it seemed to get louder as it got physically closer to me I’m assuming. Definitely not your everyday phenomenon. I wonder if anyone else has gone through that. Thanks for your comment !!
