Aoa. Today's recipe is all about perfect cake rusk.
Ingredients:
Eggs 4
Sugar 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Plain flour 1&1/2 cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Bake at 160°C for 45 min. Set your oven at bottom rod on option.
Cut pieces of cake
Set in a baking tray and bake it again for 15 min
Turn it's side and again bake for 15 min.

مواد تشکیل دهنده: پودر قند 1 لیوان تخم مرغ 2 یوگارت 1/2 فنجان روغن 1/2 پیمانه شیر 1/3 پیمانه اسانس وانیل 1/2 قاشق چایخوری آرد ساده 1 لیوان بکینگ پودر 1 قاشق چایخوری جوش شیرین 1/2 قاشق چایخوری پودر کاکائو 1/4 پیمانه با شعله متوسط تا کم به مدت 35-40 دقیقه بپزید برای موس شکلاتی: روغن 2 ق غ پودر کاکائو 1/4 قاشق چایخوری خمیر درست کنید خامه فرم گرفته 2 لیوان خمیر شکلات را به آن اضافه کنید آن را بزنید تا قله سفت شود شکلات چکه می کند شکلات 1/4 فنجان شیر 1 قاشق چایخوری آن را به مدت 20 ثانیه در مایکروویو ذوب کنید
