Golf is a physical sport. Playing in pain made me give up the game I love. 10yrs later and after turning 50 i made a decision that changed my life - Take Care of Your Body. Now 93 Days are complete in The 100 Day Swing Speed Challenge and I’m playing pain-free golf. I’ve also increased my swing from 114mph to 124mph and I’m not stopping anytime soon.
